Hotel & Villa Auersperg  

Krásný, stylový rodinný hotel, výborné a velmi pestré snídaně do 11 hodin. Dole v hotelu malá příjemná kavárna, v 2 patře SPA sauna s terasou a výhledem na Salzburg. Velice příjemná amosféra rodinného holetu a vily, zaměstnanci byli milí, pozorní a usměvaví, služby byla vynikající. Výborná poloha hotelu v pěším dosahu od centra města. Pokoje čisté a účelně zařízené.

Beautiful large rooms (amazing for the price) very clean design hotel. Great and varied breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here - comfortable beds, lots of room to relax, nice little café to have a night cap at. Nice electric blinds on windows for that true 'black out' sleep!

The only comment is that our room was situated close to the street and we could unfortunately hear street noise (particularly in the early morning). Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms - but the staff would of for sure if they could of because they were very helpful and friendly.

Our whole family loved this hotel. We were here from 23-27 December. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the local grocery store (spar); 10 minute walk to shopping (on the hotel side of the river) and 15 minutes to downtown (other side of the river / shopping / churches / etc). The hotel is clean and well decorated and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a lovely variety and they will also make coffee, eggs and meat to order (free). For parents with young children, make sure you get the hot chocolate for the kids. It was excellent even by adult standards! We stayed in the villa with my sister and our rooms were spacious and wonderful. The rooms were renovated 2 years ago. The kids slept on a pull out couch which was roomy and comfortable. The shower in the family room was awesome! It had 2 shower heads plus a rain shower head. Very luxurious. The kids loved the chocolate on our pillow each day. We were there for christmas and the hotel offered a "tree lighting" in the lobby on christmas eve evening. The staff lit the real candles on the tree, offered a few light snacks (nuts, cookies, prosecco for adults and juice for children, breadsticks, etc.), we sang silent night together and then they handed out a present to each room. It was so nice! We got a small wooden nutcracker and my sister got a cute portable silk shopping bag. We took 2 tours through panorama and they picked us up each morning at our hotel. They returned us to mirabell area which was only a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. Not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend the Auersperg and loved the staff, rooms, and location. Perfect all around!

Liked the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff (most probably owners) very friendly, pleasant and accommodating.

Just a wee bit far out from the centre of Salzburg - the old city is walkable, but it's a good walk, but not many reatauarnts in immediate vicinity if the weather is unkind.

Great 3 person room in the villa building with lots of space and very modern and clean accommodation. The breakfast was well served and the general hotel facilities are very tasteful and well maintained. The hotel staff was helpful all the time and we left very satisfied.

A bit on the far side of the main old town. It took us a 10-15 minute walk to reach the river everyday.

Staff very friendly. Very good location. Very nice hotel with pleasant atmosphere, great breakfast, room was large, clean and well designed - with some nice details. We enjoyed our stay.

The furnishings were very nicely done in light neutrals, and all was clean and tidy (Bavarian chocolate on the pillow each night delicious, too). The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh and stalked with better quality meats and cheeses, smoked salmon and fruits. Hot eggs available on request, hot oatmeal on the ready, too. Espresso or coffee at your table. All in all, the facility was quiet, clean and very relaxing. Well done! Will definitely go back, and highly recommend this hotel/villa.

The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and quite helpful. My room in the Villa was beautiful, well appointed with a comfortable bed, spacious seating area, large bathtub, separate shower and sleek spa like feel. Ti really liked the design of this hotel. The bathroom was spotlessly cleaned. I also like the fact they have a bar that serves snacks until 10. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly attentive and the service was excellent.

The choice of items for breakfast could be better. The pastries were dry and tasteless. I didn't know I could have ordered eggs until the end of my stay when I overheard one of the staff asking another customer. At other hotels, they usually ask me as I sit down.

Excellent service staff. The breakfast was great, wide variety of healthy and natural/bio food, all fresh. We had a family room, which was very spacious and very well designed. Good location, easy access to downtown.

Our room was on the ground floor, it was little bit noisy since the isolation of the windows were not the best. If the curtain would be a real dark curtain, could isolate some noise and also keep light out in the morning.

The hotel is nicely furnished with pleasant design and very welcoming atmosphere. It is not the traditional Austrian style, but rather fresh and inspiring place. We stayed in the Villa, the breakfast was fantastic - I would love to come in summer and have breakfast in the garden.

The breakfast place was very warm (and very full) on Sunday morning.

Very friendly staff Very good location - not in the very center, but very convenient to get by car. + Free hotel parking Villa is just gorgeous, we stayed in superior room and it was spacious, very well furnished, with a little balcony and a lot of light. + Great music CDs , which you can listen to and buy if you want. No need to mention that the room was extremely clean, + you have a cofee machine you can make yourself a cup of coffee anytime

The room and the whole enterior of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly, polite and always ready to help to the guests.

There was really nothing I did not like.
