Tout était parfait. Localisation près de la zone piétonne. Confort et tranquilité remarquable. Gentillesse du personnel. Stationnement près de l'hotel. Accès internet sans fil. La climatisation serait appréciée dans les chambres. |

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, trés grand choix...La situation de l'hotel ainsi que la possibilité d'un parking sécurisé. L'hotel est desservi à proximité par les lignes de bus de Salzbourg La chambre n'est pas climatisée. |

Centre ville accessible à pied en 10 mn. Parking gratuit. demander de préférence une chambre coté jardin. l'hôtel est situé sur une rue passagère toutefois calme la nuit. |

Clean room, nice view and friendly staff. The coffee - especially the coffee from the bar. Should have told us abt. the nice display of brochures (sightseeing etc) on the ground floor. Discovered it just before leaving the hotel. |

breakfast was great, free wifi, helpfull staffs and free private car park. Dont have aircondition, we have to open the windows and noise from street came into the room but it was OK for us. |

nice that they had bikes available at no charge listed as being a short walk from Old Town...it was at least 15 minutes. They were rebuilding the room next to us and started at 7a.m. I complained later that day and they made sure the men started after 10am (very responsive even though they did wreck one morning's sleep) |

That we could check in sitting down opposite the desk clerk. That seemed a very friendly way to check in. When we ordered a dessert in the bar, it took an extremely long time to be served. |
