スタッフ好感度大。サウナエリアに水やハーブティ・フルーツがあり、ＣＤ音楽もリラックスできてよい。部屋- から中庭が見え窓を開けると水の音が聞こえてとてもいい。部屋にはホテル備え付けのＣＤがあり聞ける。ＤＶ- Ｄも貸出無料で良かった。朝ごはんも十分で、一番いいのは自転車を無料で貸し出ししてくれたので、街へも(- 十分徒歩圏内だけど)気軽に自転車で乗りまわることができたのが地元民みたいで本当にザルツブルグ満喫でき- た。この値段でこのサービスはかなり良い。女性一人でも全く安心。お勧め。バスタブ付きお風呂も快適。水圧- ・ドライヤーともに効き目良し。

部屋にコーヒー(インスタントでもＯＫ）があればよかったなぁ。

２泊しました。元々、夜遅くに到着予定だったのですが、列車の乗り継ぎに失敗して、夜中に小さな無人駅で立- ち往生している旨を電話したら、タクシーを手配してくれて本当に助かりました。部屋はヴィラの方でしたが、- 広く清潔でベッドも程良い硬さで快適でした。シャワーの湯量が豊富で、湯船に浸かりたい時もすぐにお湯が溜- まりました。朝食も美味しく二日とも大満足でした。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かってくれたり、と- にかく親切な対応で感謝しています。

二日目にバスローブの替えが１着補充されていなかったことくらい。

ミラベル宮殿に程近いロケーションでとても便利でした。また、１８００年代に建てられたヴィラを改装した内- 装はきれいで清潔、オーディオやテレビなどの設備も充実していました。お風呂はバスタブがありませんでした- が床暖房つき、朝食もさまざまな種類があり充実、どれもおいしかったです。お勧めです！またザルツブルグに- 行く際にはぜひ利用したいと思っています。

一人旅で一人部屋（ヴィラ側）の宿泊でした。一箇所目の宿泊先がブリストルでした。性質が真反対でどちらも- 捨て難いスタイルなので個人的に楽しめたました。ヴィラ側のため、好き勝手に外と部屋を行き来できるのが煩- わしさがなく良かったです。自転車無料貸出サービスのお陰でサイクリングを気軽に楽しめました。

当たり外れはどこにでもありますが、チェックインの際の男性従業員が苦手なタイプで、言語難ありの自分には- ツラかったです。これは合うアワないの問題なので個人的問題です。ただし、その他の女性従業員達の対応はと- ても安心感を得ることができる素敵な対応でした。 バスタブ無しタイプですので施設内にあるらしいサウナを使うスキル？がない自分は疲れが抜け切らないところ- がありました。

朝食の内容、サービスともにすばらしい。町中のレストランの予約もレセプションで気軽に引き受けてもらえた- 。

Beautiful large rooms (amazing for the price) very clean design hotel. Great and varied breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here - comfortable beds, lots of room to relax, nice little café to have a night cap at. Nice electric blinds on windows for that true 'black out' sleep!

The only comment is that our room was situated close to the street and we could unfortunately hear street noise (particularly in the early morning). Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms - but the staff would of for sure if they could of because they were very helpful and friendly.

Our whole family loved this hotel. We were here from 23-27 December. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the local grocery store (spar); 10 minute walk to shopping (on the hotel side of the river) and 15 minutes to downtown (other side of the river / shopping / churches / etc). The hotel is clean and well decorated and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a lovely variety and they will also make coffee, eggs and meat to order (free). For parents with young children, make sure you get the hot chocolate for the kids. It was excellent even by adult standards! We stayed in the villa with my sister and our rooms were spacious and wonderful. The rooms were renovated 2 years ago. The kids slept on a pull out couch which was roomy and comfortable. The shower in the family room was awesome! It had 2 shower heads plus a rain shower head. Very luxurious. The kids loved the chocolate on our pillow each day. We were there for christmas and the hotel offered a "tree lighting" in the lobby on christmas eve evening. The staff lit the real candles on the tree, offered a few light snacks (nuts, cookies, prosecco for adults and juice for children, breadsticks, etc.), we sang silent night together and then they handed out a present to each room. It was so nice! We got a small wooden nutcracker and my sister got a cute portable silk shopping bag. We took 2 tours through panorama and they picked us up each morning at our hotel. They returned us to mirabell area which was only a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. Not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend the Auersperg and loved the staff, rooms, and location. Perfect all around!

Liked the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff (most probably owners) very friendly, pleasant and accommodating.

Nice breakfast, comfortable and well-designed hotel room, spa was lovely, decent location (a bit off the main track but not far)

It is a very comfortable hotel, at side of road, but quit. Close to old town, it is only 15 min walking to there through a shopping streat. The kid CDs and toys, baby drawing paper are supplied. My child was very happy.

Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Décor delightful. Small bar / restaurant with very good choice of food for breakfast. Short walk to Mirabelle Gardens and on into the rest of the city. Shops and restaurants all within easy reach. Quiet relaxed sauna and steam room, with balcony and view of the mountain. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. The included breakfast buffet was also wonderful. The price is a bit higher than at other comparable hotels; that is my only issue. I have no complaints and would recommend this hotel.
