wonderful sauna, very kind barman!!! girl in the reception was very unkind, rooms not so perfect as on photo! No air condition in hotel for 170 EUR per day!!! |

Clean room, nice view and friendly staff. The coffee - especially the coffee from the bar. Should have told us abt. the nice display of brochures (sightseeing etc) on the ground floor. Discovered it just before leaving the hotel. |

breakfast was great, free wifi, helpfull staffs and free private car park. Dont have aircondition, we have to open the windows and noise from street came into the room but it was OK for us. |

nice that they had bikes available at no charge listed as being a short walk from Old Town...it was at least 15 minutes. They were rebuilding the room next to us and started at 7a.m. I complained later that day and they made sure the men started after 10am (very responsive even though they did wreck one morning's sleep) |

That we could check in sitting down opposite the desk clerk. That seemed a very friendly way to check in. When we ordered a dessert in the bar, it took an extremely long time to be served. |

The service was excellent. The receptionist greeted me in German but then switched to proficient English. She helped me to my room and gave me recommendations for dinner. The wellness center was clean and welcoming. Lack of elevator to the room (villa), the shower did not work very well in my room. The villa did not appear to be non-smoking. It is confusing because what we mean by "non-smoking" in the States is interpretted differently in continental europe. They allow smoking in lobbies and corridors even on floors with "non-smoking" rooms. There was an ashtray in my room as well which gave me pause as well. |

Really good breakfast and nice bar in the main building. We We stayed at the Villa. We believe it needs a good lift up. Not convenient at all if you want to use the sauna facilities in the main building. |
