Тихо и уютно.Романтичная и расслабляющая аура.Комфортный номер,комфортная постель.Из нашего окна был приятный вид на двор и на горы.Захотелось вернуться сюда в теплое время года,посидеть в кафе во внутреннем дворике.Хороший завтрак-выбор не очень большой,но продукты подобраны со вкусом.Приветливый и профессиональный персонал.Наличие паркинга.До центра 7 мин.пешком. Для полного комфорта не хватало русского ТV канала и чайника в номере. |

понравилось все. замечательный персонал, удобное расположение, чистые номера, ребенку предоставили дополнительное место бесплатно, отличный завтрак, продуманно и отработано все до мелочей. почему-то в номере не смогли подключится к интернету(слишком запоролено), хотя такая услуга отелем предоставляется |

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, rooms very clean and comfortable and the best thing was that we could walk to the historical centre of the town in just ten minutes. |

The location was superb, near city centre, but very quiet street. The room was clean and in mint condition. Maybe the service on the breakfast was a bit not so good. We were young couple and all focus of waitresses went to the older couples. |

The hotel staff were so accommodating, especially Bettina. She went to great lengths to help me (hair appointment, massage, room, meal). I did not like being on the street side and was changed to a room overlooking the gardens. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. |

comfortable, guiet, garden view room; excellent breakfast; stylish accommodation too few English language TV stations (especially considering that it rained every day!). Ditch one or both of CNN and BBC World for a good movie channel. |

Probably one of my favorite hotels from my trip to Europe. I loved the ambiance of the room and it's proximity to Alstadt (Old Town). It's a lovely short walk and a great value for the money spent. Breakfast was included and was excellent. We even used the free bikes and biked for over an hour one morning to see more of the city. I would definitely stay here again!!!! |

The room was fantastic. Very large & very well equipped. The buffet breakfast was exceptional - nothing more could be asked for. Although not in the old town, everything was still within easy walking distance - 15 minutes max. |

The hotel was nicely designed, clean, comfotable with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was a sumptious feast and eating in the beautiful little "secret garden" was a very enjoyable and relaxing time. |

the cocktail bar, the breakfast when we arrived there was a notice up saying that the hotel was replacing the lift and apologies for any inconvenience caused, however no person will be given a room beside the lift shaft and that work on the renovation of lift would not commence before 10am. |

The hotel was great close to everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back there again. |
