Location, and villa is not big enough.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice garden and beautiful spa.

No air con' and we hit a heatwave. The room did have fans but they were noisy at night. We had to have the windows open and the road was very noisy outside until very late. Consequently very little sleep!!!

Well appointed Villa room maximizing the space available so very comfortable. Very airy and light.

When I booked this hotel thru bookings.com I was promised to have room 223 in the Villa. But when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room was not available. I was given room 149, a room with a big cabinet in the middle of the room and is one grade inferior to the room type that I booked.

The wifi service of the hotel was not working during my stay. The server was not responding. The room in the hotel was large but a bit worn out. The room in the villa side was newly renovated, very cosy and comfortable.

Nice room, well appointed. Happy to get a complimentary welcome drink. Convenient parking facilities and the parking fee is included in room rate.

No vegetarian options in the hot breakfast. Perhaps have more staff at reception. There was only one person and she was handling check in/ check out as well as providing sightseeign information. Slowed things up a bit.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, romantic and relaxing garden (candlelit evenings), great buffet breakfast open till 11 am, quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to old city and many restaurants on both sides of Salzach river, bath and bedroom spacious with all conveniences, traditional and tasteful design, extensive rooftop spa (no extra fee)

No, although it would be even better with A/C for hotter summer nights, apparently a planned upgrade

The staff was excellent, we came in at the last minute not having any tours arranged and they jumped right in and got us on the Sound of Music tour and on the Eagles Nest tour without any problems. The young ladies were very accommidating, friendly and informative did their jobs well with confidence. thank you for the nice experience.

I loved the hotel.

Location was fine, it is a 10/15 min walk to the old city centre. Nice clean hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast.

Price I find a little expensive, I paid Euro 119,-- for a single room with breakfast. Should be more like Euro 90/100,-- max.

Near the old Salzburg. Good parking facilities, and quite easy to finfd. Suitable to visit salzburg an surroundings.

The climaization of rooms was poor. During hot summerdays may be very uncomfortable, because the only way to get fresh air was to open windows, which may course trafic noise in room.
