Location is fantastic, only a 10-15 min walk to the spanish riding school which was my main reason for going to vienna. Vienna is amazing, so I discovered, and the hotel was fantastically located for the sights, and subway, and bus to the airport. Rooms and bathroom were well spaced out, breakfast and breakfast staff were great, reception always happy to help. For the price range you can not go wrong with this hotel. no jug for making tea in the room, only a coffee machine down stairs. |

Staff is very helpful and friendly, room is clean and good furnished, Wi-Fi in the rooms is free with good signal level, breakfast is palatable and multifarious enough. |

Great location, 15min walking from Wien Mitte (train to airport), U-Ban station just near hotel. 5-15 min to any point in city center. There is the river across the road. Heavy traffic 24h a day, so sometimes noisy on the street |

Sensational location - all the main tourist sites on any side of the ring road are an easy walk from the hotel. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large, the bathroom was large with a great shower, the air conditioning worked well. Private garage was good. We would readily stay again. We took a look at the breakfast buffet but didn't think it worth the cost. The cafes/bakeries just downstairs from the hotel offered better value. |

Free and efficent wi-fi. Very good b/fast included in my room rate. Air conditioning/heating that both worked and could be adjusted!! Very good location, easy walk to everything. No restaurant or bar. Room (and the whole hotel) was very clean but all rather tired and in need of re-decorating. Eur550 for 4 nights is a lot to pay considering the lack of a bar/restaurant. However, the hotel was clean and conveniently located and if not for the high price I would certainly stay there again. |

Great staff who were very friendly and always happy to offer help and advice. The location was ideal for both the conference centre and the centre of Vienna. The lack of bar area. |

The friendliness, courtesy and responsiveness of staff, particularly at reception. Rooms facing the front are noisy. Those on the side street are much better. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was located in the Center of Vienna. The staff was friendly. There was free WLAN. It was more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Facilities werent always in good shape. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. |

Staff were helpful. The room was very well equipped. Convenient location for main city sights. Good transport links. Close to busy road so noisy on the balcony. No dining facilities. |

1. The location, since it was so close to the metro. 2. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. It should not be rated a 4-star hotel. The room and bathroom were very small. |
