the location of the hotel was excellent! it was near to the metro station (less than 100 metres). the staff was very kind with us! the room was very clean and the breakfast was like at your home! First of all i want to tell you something. I made very "caustic" comments in the past (hotel prokimaia, leukada). The only thing i didn't like in this hotel was that we didn't have the opportunity to adjust the temperature of the room. the remote control of the air condition was missing! But the temperature was fine for a normal person!

Location was good: about 100 meters to Schwedenplatz subway (U-Bahn). 5 min walking to Stephansdom/platz. Hotel staff was very friendly. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. It was nice to have a balcony with a view to the river (even if the view is not the most beautiful one). Breakfast was good. Building looks quite worn out from outside.

Location is very good. Airport line's terminal, tram station, good local food restaurant near here. Staff is very friendly. Value is reasonable because it includes breakfast. Room keeps clean. I want to stay this hotel again whenever I visit in Vienna. Single room is small. Morning time is very noisy because housekeeping starts early morning.

Very good location,excellent breakfast,excellent hotel staff,located within a short walking distance of the Airport Bus stop,also very close to underground station Schwedenplatz,Free wi-fi was available.Good for families and Bussinessmen too. Small breakfast area.

Excellent location in the inner city district. Close to all the historical sites. Swendenplatz station is just across the street. Pier for Danube cruises just across. The noise from the traffic can be annoying.

Good sized room. Very close to metro station. Friendly staff. Older style hotel but in good condtion. Reasonable price for Vienna so recommended for that reason Schwedenplatz is not very pleasant - full of fast-food kiosks and very dirty

It was a friendly place to stay the staff were helpful and accomodating and the value for money was fantastic, the bedroom had a balcony and the beds were very comfortable, amazing location right in the heart of vienna which is a beautiful place. I'd definately stay here again. My one and only gripe is they didn't have tea making facilities in the bedroom

Location was great, staff were very helpful - let us check in 4 hours early. Breakfast was amazing with staff who asked for your tea/coffee order within 2 mins of entering breakfast area. Right near schwedenplatz which had a tube across the road and a tram to kunsthauffer (or whatever its called). Super easy to get around and 7 mins to st stephens cathederal. Rooms were cleaned to perfection.

The reception staff were very helpful and check out information for us. There was gluwein to welcome us whgen we arrived and for the early part of our stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and was on offer until 11am. Position was right next to Swedenplatz underground and near bus and tram stops. However, it was fairly quiet. The rooms were warm and it was too noisy to leave the windows open at night. Water flow in the shower was reasonable but not copious. Free internet in the room.

It was a spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was large and modern. The wifi worked well. It was close to the city centre and was well located close to transport. There was mo wall fitting for the hand held shower.

The staff are very pleasant. They arranged our airport pick-up and drop off at an excellent rate. My room was spacious, though others in the party had smaller ones. The hotel is ideal for getting around as there is both a Street Car stop and an underground stop right outside the hotel.
