Close to the Prater in Vienna's second district, Hotel Kunsthof is the perfect combination of an art gallery with the comforts of a hotel. It offers free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, a private bathroom and are non-smoking. A smoker's lounge is available. Upon request, the Kunsthof serves a full English breakfast with sparkling wine. Guests can also enjoy breakfast in the green interior courtyard or relax in the lobby bar or the chill-out lounge. The subway station Praterstern is only 1000 ft from the hotel. The center of the city, as well as the UN headquarters and the Austria Center Vienna (conference center) can be reached in just a few minutes. Very nice and friendly staff. Our room was too small and up on the roof. But actually that was what we had booked to save money. It would be nice to have a tea cattle in the room.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel because of the well designed mixture of an old building and modern art. Free wireless well working internet in the rooms. All in all good value for the money, because it is not directly in town, but well connected with the station just a 2min walk away. The location of the hotel is not so exclusive and rather busy from a traffic perspective.

I booked a 15 mp room with a double bed. I received a twin room which was of about 9 mp.. when I asked why they answered that they cannot garantee.. even if those things were written on the reservation. Finally, they changed my room with the correct one. One more thing.. we left without toilet paper.. we had to ask for it.. :)

The rooms are generous in size and the artistic design expressed in so many ways is delightful! It feels modern yet is clearly timeless quality design. When I asked I was shocked to learn this hotel is 100 years old! Everywhere there is art - in the design on the floors, sculpture, three dimensional hanging pieces on the wall - every bit of it is worthy of note. The neon tube illuminating the stairwell for 4 stories casting shadows of the wrought iron railings on the walls is an example of the forward thinking nature of the design.

breakfast including Location is bad,no comfort at all,no internet in rooms, no fridge,toilet and shower on the floor but not in your room, no hair dryer,noisy street, even at night , I couldn't sleep well.

Hotel stuff was really helpful and nice. They upgraded our room and let us check out at 1 pm without any additional fee. The hotel furniture is quite old and bed was small.

Located just 3 stops (about 5-6 minutes) from Stephansplatz (distance to Subway station - less than 5 minutes), friendly staff (they make a great melange at the reception), nice and clean room (they change towels every day), free wi-fi in the entire hotel (not just the lobby), neighborhood is ok. Breakfast not included in room price, but free wi-fi, good location and decent price makes up for it.

It's situated close to city center. Quality of shower was good. Hotel has no parking. Double bed turned out to be a twin bed. A lot of noise at different times of day and night (mainly cleaning personnel and other room facilities...).

Perfect location, one block to the U-Bahn lines 1 & 2. Good WiFi sign in the room. Hotel offers to their guests wide range of drinks in the lobby (in refrigerator) for reasonable price level, instead of mini bar in the room. Easy to park your car in the surrounding streets, parking tickets are available from the receptionist.

Hotel is around 10-15 far from the centre of the Eiwn (Stephan plazt) and it is situated in quiet part of the Leopoldstad. Room was clear and comfortable. Very soft mattress
