Direct VIP delivery at Munich Airport or VIP pick-up at Innsbruck Airport are possible upon request and for an additional fee. The modern, tastefully furnished rooms offer free Wi-Fi access, a balcony, cable TV, a DVD player, and a minibar. Gutshof Zillertal has a sauna area, an outdoor sauna hut, a big gym, and a solarium. The car was included in the rate when we booked and we got piced up at munich airport and driven to the car. The breakfast was great, we had prosecco every morning and went for 2 spa treatments which were very nice. the staff were generally nice. sometimes at breakfast we were made felt like as we are asking to much when were wanted to sit outside and not on our designated table inside . I liked the massage very much, spa center is very nice. I recomend you to try it. I did not like reception work, they did not give information about hotel about sauna center, spa center, transport to ski, time of breakfast, ski room and so on. There are no info in the room about anything, even no reception telefon number, so I had to go to reception asking all th things. Also balcony was dirty during staing after previos guests- bottles, sigarettes were there.

Dinners were delicious, the environment is beautiful, staff was kind. Unfortunately it is placed next to the main road and it was a bit noisy. They did not suggest us the guestcard for discounts around the area.

Equipments were great (indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, spa...), the view from our room was unbelievable and service was very kind. Nice balcony on every room. Close from the road, so if your room is not on the right side it can be noisy when windows are open.

замечательная система - предоставление автомобиля и возможность уехать на нем прямо из аэропорта. очень уютный отель. дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. близость к горнолыжнвм трассам Хинтертукса и Пенкина.

Wunderschöner Garten mit einem sehr schönen Hallen-/Freibad. Gemütliche Stuben zum Essen. Mittelmässige Freundlichkeit des Personals. Obwohl wir sehr lange im Voraus reserviert hatten, erhielten wir ein kleines und dunkles Zimmer mit freier Sicht auf die nahe Hauswand der Klinik. Die überall propagierte Gourmet-Küche entsprach höchstens dem Standart einer 3-Sterne Unterkunft. Es gab zwar genügend Gänge, aber die Zusammenstellung und Ausführung waren ideenlos. Zusätzlich wurde über den angebotenen Gratis-Mietwagen kein Wort gesprochen.

Auch unsr erneuter Aufenthalt im Gutshof Zillertal hat uns wieder begeistert. Der neue spa Bereich ist ein purer Genuss, jedoch ist das Schwimmbad etwas zu klein, denn bei schlechtem Wetter finden hier nur wenige Gäste Platz. Dies ist aber kein Grund, den Gutshof nicht erneut zu besuchen oder weiter zu empfehlen! Die Küche verdient mindestens 5 Sterne und das Servicepersonal ebenso! Der Gutshof ist sehr gepflegt, die Gartenanlage lädt zum relaxen ein und die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Auch wenn der Gutshof direkt an der Zubringerstrasse (Finkenberg oder Mayrhofen) liegt wird man ab ca. 8 Uhr abends nicht mehr durch Autolärm belästigt, es ist angenehm ruhig. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Ein besonderes Lob verdient auch das gesamte Personal, das sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit ist! Es gibt keinen Wunsch, der nicht erfüllt wird!

Wir und unsere Freunde waren bereits zum wiederholten Mal im Gutshof, weil wir uns recht wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage und das Drumherum gefallen uns. Dieses Mal haben wir jedoch ein weniger komfortables Zimmer bekommen, das unserer Ansicht nicht ganz das Preis Leistungsverhältnis wiederspiegelt. Auf Anfrage sagte man uns, dass kein anderes Zimmer frei wäre.Dies traf jedoch nicht zu, wie uns der Inhaber später bestätigt hat. Von ihm wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen, einem Indoor / Outdoor-Pool sowie einem Massagesalon ein sehr umfangreiches und erholsames Ambiente. Keine Beschwerde sondern mehr ein Rat: die Musik, die beim Frühstück aus den Lautsprechern kommt, könnte etwas moderner sein.

Junges Servicepersonal, freundliche Atmosphäre, Wellnessbereich sehr gut ausgestattet und Fachpersonal für Masage und Sport vorhanden Im Zimmer sind die Deckenbalken zum Teil in Kopfhöhe, zu Gunsten des Designs sind Beleuchtung und Platzsituation ungünstig.
