Nice location. Generally everything was quite good, an enjoyable stay. Clean and tidy. The rooms is quite clean but can still smell the smoke. The toilet is a bit small, feels like in a flight toilet. |

I was a bit disappointed by the twin bedded room we got it was very small without even a tiny hall at the enternace. Also there was no fridge which is odd for a 3 star hotel and limits your options in case you choose not to acquire breakfast from the hotel. Another thing was that cleaning starts pretty early in the morning so if you decide to linger in bed you might not rest very well because of the noise form the vacuum cleaners. No regular soap nor shampoo samples as ive seen is customary for 3 stars, only liquid soap. No bed covers. |

We could change the room even if the booking predetermined something else, the staff helped. The booking instructions were not clear regarding double bed/twin room |

While the location was out of the city, I did like the ease of transport right outside the hotel. The staff wee not the most welcoming. The room itself was very basic. |

Well connected to public transportation, in a safe area, big rooms, perfect for 1 or 2 nights. The staff is not particularly nice, although they do provide the information one needs. The bathrooms are very small. |

Very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room wasn't on the side with the street so it was very quiet. Breakfast is very good for the price paid but you don't get anything warm beside the coffee and tea. They could vary a little bit the menu. I stayed there a week and ate the same things every day. |

The room was small but comfortable and there are supermarkets and shops located across the road. A 5 to 10 minute walk to a metro station, and there is a tram station right out the front. We were able to use the Wi-Fi in our room. The room was very hot, it could benefit from having a small portable fan provided to help cool things down. |

The room was clean and not noisy as it was situated on the back. Connections to the center of Vienna are very close, the tram station is in front of the hotel. You can find parking places around but be careful if you park in front of the hotel on the opposite side of the road as the parking there is free only during the night. I suggest the street in the back of the hotel for all day parking. Vary the breakfast menu because now it is very very poor!!! Only 3 types of salami and two types of cheese but no scrambled eggs and no other warm food. This is the poorest breakfast menu I have ever seen in a hotel and I have traveled in many countries. Also, regarding the personnel, they were not smiling when discussing with the customers, I felt them as being too cold and having some sort of distant attitude. The hotel management still needs to work on this. |

Conveniently located mere minutes from the city centre, this hotel is the ideal base from which to explore Vienna’s attractions or enjoy an evening at the famous Vienna State Opera. |
The Hotel in Hernals is a family-run hotel with a nice atmosphere in Vienna's 17th district, only 10 minutes away from the city centre by tram (line 43). Most rooms face the interior courtyard. |
This charming 3-star hotel, ideal for pleasure, culture, family and business travellers, combines the intimacy of a small and comfortable family-run hotel with very personal and hospitable services. |
This small, traditional hotel enjoys an excellent and central yet quiet location very close to Vienna’s Western Train Station (Westbahnhof). |
