Fantastic setting, extremely helpful/interested staff. Went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Can't rate it highly enough. Decor brilliant. Unfortunately there was very little information in English, however staff were v. helpful. If instruction in the hotel were also in English ie sauna/leisure use then this hotel would be 100% perfect. |

We had a lovely view of Lienz; the food was wonderful; and the shower was the best in Europe ... great water pressure and a full glass (accordian style) enclosure to keep the water in the tub; comfortable beds. Nothing at all. Well, there was the smell of smoking. Apparently smoking is permitted in Austria in some public areas (the bar??). I find that distasteful, but my room was great. |

Vriendelijk personeel, goed eten, schone kamers met uitstekende douche, uitmuntende locatie met uitzicht over de stad., leuke evenementen (rodelen,skiwedstrijd) waardoor een leuk contact met overige hotel gasten tijdens verblijf geïnitieerd werd. |

Destacar la excelente ubicación del hotel, rodeado de campo, montañas y la tranquilidad. El hotel cuenta con restaurante de cocina típica de la zona, también muy recomendable. Personal del hotel muy agradable. |

Die ruhige Lage, der freundliche Service, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer vermisste Minibar. Die Tatsache, dass ich ein Zimmer ohne Balkon bekam, ohne vorher gerfragt zu werden, ob Raucher oder Nichtraucher. In der fernsehkanakübersicht waren Programme aufgeführt, die nicht erhältlich waren. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. |
