Having worked up a sweat in the hotel's fitness room, you can relax in the indoor pool, infra-red cabin, steam bath, warm air and herbal bath or on the sunbeds. Use of the indoor pool and the sauna is included in the room price.

The hotel is also partners with Black Divers Tirol and can arrange diving lessons for guests.

Summer:
On the sunny high plateau, surrounded by the Karwendel and Rofan mountain ranges, lies Maurach, sandwiched between the lake and the mountains like a village out of a picture book. The lake's clear water attracts bathers, surfers and sailors.

Winter:
At this time of year you will find snowy fields and mountain peaks. Here you can indulge in a variety of winter sports, whatever your age. You can go skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding or even take an enjoyable horse drawn sledge ride.

Parking:
The hotel has a free car park.

Arrival by car from the A12 motorway towards Kufstein:
- Take the exit for Achensee-Zillertal.
- The Hanlswirt is located in the middle of Maurach, opposite the post office.

Arrival from Germany via Achenpaß (no road tax):
- Use the München/Salzburg motorway.
- Exit at Holzkirchen/Tegernsee/Achenpaß.
- Take the B181 towards Maurach.
- The Hanlswirt is located in the middle of Maurach, opposite the post office.

Arrival by train:
Alight at Jenbach railway station. The hotel will happily collect you from the station on request.

Important information

It is not possible to arrive in the hotel after 6pm.

Dogs are allowed: EUR 4 per day excluding food.
