Upgraded to the bay window suite overlooking the goldenes dachl! Great room where we saw weddings, a band, mountains... Great location with double windows and doors for quiet

This hotel is quite literally in the very centre of the old town section of Innsbruck, completely immersed in the restaurant and shopping district. Surprisingly noise was not an issue.

The building is very old and the room a little small, but nothing to complain about really. A bit pricey but you couldn't beat the location!

Location is fabulous in the old town pedestrian area overlooking the Golden Roof. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is amazing, some of the best and reaonably priced meals we've had in Europe.

Central location if you want to walk to most of the attractions. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. A good in house restaurant. Very clean room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom are huge and great. The breakfast is excellent! The restaurant is also great (although expensive). The location is perfect!

The wi-fi wasn't working well (it'd be better if the bedroom had a ethernet cable) - we connected in some neighbour's wi-fi...

Thisn hotel is suberb in every way. Prime location overlooking famous Golden Roof, yet 3 mins from the lift to the mountains and shops on the doorstep. Easy access from station and airport. Staff outstanding, friendly, efficient, food excellent at reasonable prices. Cant't go wrong - we'll be back!

Very noisy during the night because of it's central location. Very slow internet, frequently interrupted, practically impossible to use it.

Friendly Staff.Simple but very well organized structure fully located in the historical centre of Innsbruck and near to the station. Clean rooms with nice view on the golden roof.

The hotel is in the old city center.

Friendly staff, clean room, great food.

Internet connection was unreliable enough to be unusable. However from my room I could pick up another Wi-Fi connection, wlan4free, which gave 1 hour free a day, so I simply used that rather than bother the hotel staff - who might in theory have got their connection fixed.

Location, location, location""

Hotel Happ was in a great location and the owners and staff were very nice. There was also a nice, typical breakfast.

The room was a dated in decor, except for the bathroom. Also, the bed was rather uncomfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel for the price. Location was good. We would certainly go back.

excellent place to stay in all regards. the family are very helpful as are the staff. the restaurant is extremely good too and decently priced. we were given the choice of a twin room or a mini apartment which was great.

the only minor points were that there was no room safe despite it being indicated (though in fairness they offerred to keep our stuff in their safe) and that the shower mixer was impossible to get right as to temperature.

Excellent location if you want to be just two step to the Golden roof and on the pedestrian main street, Room was clean and big. Breakfast was simple but OK. Walking distance to railway station.

Difficult to find someone at the reception which is in first floor just in front of the kitchen of the restaurant at the ground floor. But people at the kitchen were always ready to help and look for the person in charge. My room faced the pedestrian street and was very noisy, not a single moment of silence...but, with window closed was OK.

Location and convenience.

Our room faced the plaza and the parties went on all night. However, we knew that gat registration and agreed to the room.

Perfect location and friendly staffs

Hotel is situated in perfect location (only metres from the Golden Roof). Our room was at the back and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance from train station.

Hotel could give directions from train station to make it easier to find.

Sehr schöne Tage - viel besser kann man in Innsbruck nicht wohnen - direkt beim "Goldenen Dachl" und das Hotel "Happ" kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
