Big light rooms, nice river view.
Noisy outside and poor sound proof
Friendly staff, good location, nice Danube view
A modern hotel with excellent location inside a mall, with food court, shopping and entertainment right outside your door. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious. Just outside the hotel a metro station and for the romantic loners a quint lake with swans and ducks.
Close to metro station
Wifi is super slow and disconnected permanently
Attached to mall with movies, food court, etc. Rooms were very nice and big
Price was high but it was also New Years Location is farther out, the trains make it easy to get around but it is about 15 min via train to downtown.
very spacious room; spacious and comfortable bathroom;
the biggest disappointment for me was the view - the room description had pictures of the city panorama, which is not true - at least half of the rooms(without river view) will have a view of insides of the mall - there is not even much sky left to see from the room. I think it is not fair to post pictures of rooms that customer will not get. Also it strange that you have to pay your stay fee + 200 euro extra(as a guaranty fee - which you get back on check-out) on the check-in day - why do you let people live in your hotel if you're not trusting them? Also Wi-Fi constantly disconnects you - you have to login again after a 5 minutes of inactivity - a bit frustrating. Washing machine costs 2 euro - why not include it to apartment fee?
We stayed for 3 nights, over the new year period. The booked studio was upgraded to an apartment, very generous, at no extra cost. This is an extremely modern hotel, not something we would normally choose, but in no way does this diminish on the comfort and staff professionalism. Great breakfast room with a very good variety. Excellent location for easy access to transport network.
Modern furniture and fancy lifts
Room had no window or ventilation. Felt like a prison. Tower is a bit misleading as the hotel is on the bottom few floors. 15 minute taxi to anything of any significance. I emailed them to check if there was definitely a double bed yet they were singles when we got there. I complained and was told that every room had singles (even though I had it in writing that we were getting a double!) because of no window the room was hot. Staying at this hotel was the worst 5 days and biggest waste of money I have experienced in a long time.
Beautifull landscape toward the river and the new city, a little word closed in this tower- with a mall at the ground floor, very fresh interior design, easy senzation of time capsule for me because of the elevators noise and the faces of the people at coffee- very heavy mood:) so, I call that an experience.
We didn't have a fridge in our room. Every service had to be payed separately: parking, breakfast, etc. the hotel is in fact till the 9th floor of the tower, the rest is something else. But till 4th you have to be carrefully when you chose your side.
Check out is at 11:30am, if you want to stay till 12:00 you have to pay 15 EUR extra.
Very good place to stay !!! Cheap and perfect.....
Location very good. Plenty of restaurants in the shopping centre
Two separate beds made into one instead of a real double.
Great views of the River Danube. Very communicative place available subway and train within walking distance.Direct train from the hotel to the airport.
WiFi allows you to connect only one device. Can not connect phone and PC simultaneously.
- Nice design of the rooms - Located on the top of the Millenium City Shopping Mall, access to shops, restaurants, etc. - Colse to the Haldenski U-Bahn/S-Bahn station - Large room, large bathroom with shower - Clean - Good internet WiFi connection (for one device only, if you have a 2nd device you need another usr/psswd) - available parking places - large TV, access to local chanels
- we were in the room 806 (8th floor) with view to another building (could see into other peoples apt. accross) - 24h parking for 12€ - breakfast in a crowded place, low variety, 11€/pers - slightly expensive - about 25min. to Vienna City Centre by public transportation (you need to switch at least 2 U-Bahns) - heating system: there is a standard temperature in the rooms ~ 20 celsius degrees. You could adjust +/-3 degrees, slowly heating up, lucky we are young... and had some Glühewein at the Christmass Markets :o)
There is wifi for each room.
Only one gadget can use the wifi in the same time.
Nice view on Donau. Close to Metro station and train to airport
Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is well located in a shopping complex with bars, restaurants and food shops. The staff were very helpful the room was clean and comfy. Would go back to this hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.
I liked the location of the hotel you are not on top of the city but a train journey away from the city. Where the hotel is situated within the millennium city is very convenient as there are retail shops below, bars and numerous restaurants all at hand you do not have to leave the complex. Stayed in a superior room and all amenities are in the room (cutlery, cooking appliances, saucepans, fridge, microwave).
No complimentary tea or coffee
- comfortable - kind staff - clear rooms
Convenient for shopping Convenient to public transit
High security- unfriendly guards close to reception
- Baby bed in a room - hotel location near Danube Insel
- hotel is in Skyscraper, but Harry´s home is only 4th-8th floor... - no view from the window to the city - quite poor breakfasts
the location near the Danube, the many cafes
the elevators use: we should be given more specific information, such as the fact that we must stand before the elevator; also the light was bad when we had to read the letters .Also we should be notified that there is no shampoo and liquid soap only in the shower, nor tea or coffee material
The hotel is excellent, and the location is very convenient, with shops, bars and the metro station so close.
I can't think of anything to criticise.
View from hotel Toilet Location from train station Design of the room Kitchen
Bad staff Bad service Unrealizable Room not clean
This a a very clean hotel with all the basics. The rooms with a view are very nice. The location inside a shopping centre was good to have restaurants and a shop nearby and the train is really close. It's about 20 minutes into town and you have to change trains once but this was fine for us.
It said on the room description that we would have a bath but we didn't however this would not stop me from staying there again.
