Cancellation

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00 (08:00 until 11:00 on weekends), lunch from 11:30 until 14:00 and dinner from 18:30 until 22:00.
There is also a pizzeria nearby.
Business rooms (28 m²) are for 1 or 2 people (extra bed available). They have a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed.
Superior rooms (35 m²) are for 2 people (extra bed available) and have 2 beds (both 90 x 200 cm) which can be separated or put together. There is also a sofa bed.
Apartments (55 m²) are for 2 to 3 adults with a balcony/terrace. Each has a bedroom, a sofa bed, a comfortable living room and a large kitchen.
Conferences and seminars: 2 seminar areas with movable partition walls and a capacity of up to 100 people; a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of up to 500 people.
Sports, wellness and business centre: swimming pool, wellness, tennis, massages and beauty treatments, football, gym, conference rooms, sports cafè: across the street from the hotel.
More activities: mountain biking, ice skating, football, golf driving range.
Next to the hotel: shops, banks, bus stops with regular connections to Graz, multi-purpose hall (events, concerts, etc.).
Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 23:00.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 08:00 - 22:00.

The hotel is good in all respects except that the price for breakfast is outrageous and the breakfast is not even all that good. Better to eat elsewhere or make your own. There is a supermarket next door and the room has housekeeping facilities. |

The staff was very helpful for our special demands, like taking care of our bags and car between our two stays at the hotel. Also, restaurant staff is good, and very frendly. restaurant food is also great |

Umgebung, Ruhe; Natur..ideal zum züruckziehen nach einem Arbeitstag. Seife hat nur für den ersten Tag gerreicht u. dann wurde nicht ersetzt...Die elektronische Karte hat nicht funktioniert..konnte ins Hotelzimmer nicht rein..und dann hätte ich ein bischen mehr Entgegenkommen vom Hotel da ich beim Frühstück mein Hemd mit Kaffee befleckt habe..Milchhaut war in der Milch...und dann in meine Tasse..und beim Trinken ist ya schon passiert..weg zur Putzerei war mühsam.. |
