We were able to compare Harry's Linz with this one, and Harry's Graz was a bit of a downer compared to the one in Linz.
Rooms/hotel weren't as clean.
Staff seems to have alot of communication problems between themselves, thus being more interested in eachother than the guest.
Parkinglot is too small for all the guests. And the nearby sporting centre seems to be parking on hotel property aswell, no one checks that.
And the location is not great. I should have seen it on the map when we booked, but it's not really Graz, it's Hart bei Graz. There's a bus stop right infront of the hotel but that line is a nightmare. If you're traveling by car I advice you go 2 km's down the road, park at the P+R and use the trainstation, that's alot better than the bus.
And the breakfast still isn't great. The 2 choices are confusing and both a compromise. Cheap one you can barely call a breakfast, the more expensive one is too little for too much money.
Beds were comfortabel, nice tv, decent kitchenette, nice bathroom with a tub, gigantic balcony.
Perfect WiFi connection, pretty important these days.
