Chambre propre.

Hotel bruyant, la tv ne marchait pas. Le buffet du petit-dejeuner est tres decevant.

Chambre très propre, spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux. Proximité du centre ville de Salzbourg par bus (couteux 2€ par trajet par personne .. mais ça c'est Salzbourg .. tout est cher, très cher ...)

Chambre un peu bruyante car sur une rue principale. Par contre si on ferme la fenêtre le bruit est acceptable.

Un bon hotel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix

Payment by credit card is charged if the card was issued not by austrian bank. Check-out time is quite early.

excellent room, big and provide everything for you to hang jackets, clothes everything. nice clean towels, big toilet and shower, near train station. Heater was not working 1st nite but they fixed it immed, very good service. hotel staff friendly, breakfast not too bad. Free internet and no backpackers to rush with you.

smoking was allowed in the lobby but since im a smoker i dont mind but i think it shud not be allowed.

Close enough to the tourist area downtown.

There was smoking in the building the place smelled a little smoky.

being near the main train station and the accesibility to town center either by walking or bus.our room was newly refurbished

breakfast was very basic and the same menu everyday.

Nothing bad at all, we were there for only 1 day. But next time i'd better choose another hotel.

It was near the station so could easily get a bus to the airport, also could get a bus to the old town (or 20 min walk).

As we booked in their was a v large bus tour booking in and we had to wait about 40 mins to check in. We were then told to go to a room that was at the back of the hotel, through the breakfast area and laundry area that was not lit up with any lights. The room was budget and although we requested a non smoking room when booking we got a smoking room which was disgusting and smelly. When we asked to change we were told there was no other rooms available and then were ignored. Man on reception in the morning was v sweet but SO slow in checking guests out that we nearly missed our bus to the airport!

Poor staff, very poor breakfast - staff were not attending to us in the breakfast. No coffee was available, had to make tea ourselves with the dip bags which was very inconvenient. On the top when I asked about the bill - I was told that my bill was not paid even though I had a receipt of payment. I had made the payment in advance and my bank statement also shows the transaction. It took a while to get this point across them. Overall - not satisfied

1. i got extra bed/cot for my kids (5 & 1 yr old) for free; 2. hotel has its own parking lot, & if it's occupied, u can park across road with 10cent to overnite; 3. rest room is big & convenient;

1. bread of breakfast not taste well, i guess not fresh; 2. only one hotel pc can access internet, no cable for guest's laptop;

Spacious room, Hotel staff is not that co-operative.

We stayed room no 006 ground floor towards main highways and it was diffcult to sleep in the night. Very noisy due to traffic in the night. Rooms does not have fan so it will hot if weather is warm
