Good location close to main railway station. Good breakfest Payment by credit card is charged if the card was issued not by austrian bank. Check-out time is quite early. |

excellent room, big and provide everything for you to hang jackets, clothes everything. nice clean towels, big toilet and shower, near train station. Heater was not working 1st nite but they fixed it immed, very good service. hotel staff friendly, breakfast not too bad. Free internet and no backpackers to rush with you. smoking was allowed in the lobby but since im a smoker i dont mind but i think it shud not be allowed. |

Close proximity to train station, 10 min of walking. Good cold breakfast. Arrogant staff. Also they forgot to put towels in the room, and staff wasn't accessible after 11 pm. |

the breakfast was good well..the tv wasn't working.it was rather clean,though the towels were some of them grey and some of them looked like parts of a towel. |

It was near the station so could easily get a bus to the airport, also could get a bus to the old town (or 20 min walk). As we booked in their was a v large bus tour booking in and we had to wait about 40 mins to check in. We were then told to go to a room that was at the back of the hotel, through the breakfast area and laundry area that was not lit up with any lights. The room was budget and although we requested a non smoking room when booking we got a smoking room which was disgusting and smelly. When we asked to change we were told there was no other rooms available and then were ignored. Man on reception in the morning was v sweet but SO slow in checking guests out that we nearly missed our bus to the airport! |

Staff were quite unfriendly at first but warmed after 3 days! Room was like a boot room! Stuffy but at least clean! Bit run down and in need of a refurbishment |

Poor staff, very poor breakfast - staff were not attending to us in the breakfast. No coffee was available, had to make tea ourselves with the dip bags which was very inconvenient. On the top when I asked about the bill - I was told that my bill was not paid even though I had a receipt of payment. I had made the payment in advance and my bank statement also shows the transaction. It took a while to get this point across them. Overall - not satisfied |

1. i got extra bed/cot for my kids (5 & 1 yr old) for free; 2. hotel has its own parking lot, & if it's occupied, u can park across road with 10cent to overnite; 3. rest room is big & convenient; 1. bread of breakfast not taste well, i guess not fresh; 2. only one hotel pc can access internet, no cable for guest's laptop; |

Not very close to the city centre but defenetly in a walking distance - good for siteseeing. No frills but quite acceptable place to spend a night in Salzburg for resonable money. No air condition and too loud street outside to keep windows opened at night - during hot period it could be a problem. |

Spacious room, Hotel staff is not that co-operative. We stayed room no 006 ground floor towards main highways and it was diffcult to sleep in the night. Very noisy due to traffic in the night. Rooms does not have fan so it will hot if weather is warm |

the room was comfortable. the street noise was not disturbing. the breakfast was o.k although there was a lot of people a bit crammed together. at the reception, at our arrival, they first did not find our booking and let us wait for a long time. Other people were erroneously sent away. We got bad advice about how to get into the center of the city. |

Idealy clean rooms, accurate, with all necessary facilities. Location is not far from city center, 15-20 min walk, public transport available next to the entrance of hotel, convinient parking.The quality - price ratio is perfect. Thanks to the hotel staff for our nice weekend. May be brekfast could have include couple of hot meals. |
