Very well prepared facility for skiers. Separate entrance with drying racks, place for skis. Spacious rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. Very warm, even hot. Sympathetic hostess. On the top floor is low, it does not bother if you are less than 185 cm

Renovated in 2018, Haus am Lift is situated in Kleinarl, and offers an apartment with free WiFi and a balcony with views of the on-site garden. The property is located just next to the Champion Shuttle Cable Car and offers ski-to-door access in good snow conditions. The two Alpine-style apartments comprise 2 flat-screen cable TVs, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. A bread roll delivery service is provided on request. Free public parking is available at the premises and Haus am Lift also offers a ski storage room with a heated ski boot dryer. A restaurant is within a 1-minute walk and the closest supermarket can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing trails start right on site and fishing is possible at the Täublwaldteich. A fishing license can be bought at the hotel. The Erlebnisbad Wasserwelt Amadé, where guests enjoy free access during summer and a free 2-hour entrance during winter, is a 6-minute drive away. Fighting dogs are not allowed here.

Our newly renovated house on the lift is located only 50m from the valley station of the Kleinarler Bergbahnen (Shuttelberg). It is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Kleinarl, where you will find a supermarket, the tourist office and numerous restaurants. The entrance to the 11km long cross-country course is right next to our house. Our great location will convince you. We are looking forward to your visit. Our rooms are in modern Alpine style with no big deco bells and whistles.
You are in good hands with my wife Susanne. She takes care of everything lovingly and tries to fulfill your wishes in the best possible way. We are a family business and keep that up. Our guests feel comfortable with us.
Kleinarl offers numerous attractions in winter and summer as well as skiing and hiking and is a good starting point for many interesting day trips. We are happy to advise you on site. Restaurants, supermarket, tourist office are just a 5-minute walk from the property. The valley station of the Kleinarler Bergbahnen (Shuttleberg) is only 50m away from our house on the lift
