最高の立地。最初ハルシュタットのホテルのレイクビュー部屋を探したがなくこのホテルにたどり着いた。ハルシュタットより料金が安い。ハルシュタットの町が反対の湖畔に見え、テラスからの眺望は飽きない。このホテルからは観光スポットの「氷穴」や眺望のいいリッペンシュタインにも近く便利。ホテルの食事もうまかった。ホテルは家族経営ではないかと思う。人柄が優しく家庭的なサービスを受けられた。 トイレ、シャワーの設備が狭かった。家庭的サービスは温かみがあってよかったが、人員不足のため、サービスを依頼するのに気が引けた。貴重品の保管すす設備がなく、現金やパスポートを常にに携行しなければならなかった。冷蔵庫がなかったので、水やビールを冷やすことができなかった |

景色が良かったです。湖に面しているので、散歩するにも最適でした。 併設のレストランも おいしかったです。 ドライヤーがなくて 不便でした。廊下の明かりが つかない時があり暗かったです。 |

湖の見える部屋となっていましたが、違う部屋に案内されました。ただ、その旨を言ったところ、ちゃんと部屋を換えてもらえました。新しい部屋は快適でした。 |

Great location, right on the lake. Worth the extra few euro for a room with balcony overlooking the lake. Quiet room. Good restaurant. Nice and helpful staff. Easy parking, also accessible by train. Good for visiting Hallstatt, we walked there and took the ferry back. Internet did not extend to room. |

We liked the quietness, the tranquility. We enjoyed seeing the ducks, swans, and the man quietly fishing. The breakfast was excellent. We were delighted with our room overlooking the Hallstattersee - mountains, wild animals, and quiet. We had an excellent, clean room with very good beds and nice bathroom. A small problem but we could not find a switch to turn on the bathroom exhaust fan. |

The location was spectacular! Beautiful lake and serene glacial mountains; the room was cosy with down blankets and pillows, a cosy authentic Austrian restaurant, easy to travel to Hallstat to see the salt mines, close to hiking and boating, and beautiful ice caves. Just beautiful and perfect! |

Very friendly, courteous, helpful family run hotel with relaxed yet efficient atmosphere. Beautiful lakeside location with spectacular mountain views. Delicious dinner menu, I had the best fresh tomato soup I have ever tasted there and substantial, healthy choices for breakfast. |

This was a wonderful stay, I only wish we had time to stay yet another day. The Staff was fun and efficient. Food delicious. And the view was unlike any other. Treat yourself to a great get away |

Picture perfect location right on the lake with spectacular mountain views. Next time, would love to spend a few days here. Had a pretty nice open ground right next to it with play area for kids. They had an absolutely amazing dog. Never seen a more obedient one. There's nothing you will not like in the hotel. |

very quite hotel in the mountain. Food is good. bed is not that comfortable, it is a bit unconvenient from this hotel to Hallstat because you have to take the train. |

Outstanding service and fantastic staff, the room was perfect and the food delicious.The lady (sorry, don´t remember the name) made us fell at home, extremely helpful and friendly.The dog Coco is absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work!! |
