Appartment was spacious, new, and clean. Requested child bed was available. Very large terrace made up for the location. At the roof were some child entertainment tools We arrived early and after a little waiting we could enter our appartment. Available playing toys for kids was definately a big plus. Sauna was great, everything we needed was around (although must say we only were 2 days there) Supermarket nearby. When we had to suddenly leave, everything was brought in order very quickly and with friendliness.

No oven available. Seems to be the standard over there, however we found it a major disappointment. Didn't look at it when booking. Assuming every appartment would have one. Location was annoying. Very steep road found as undoable for a grandma with 2year old. And there was no other road downstairs. One we found was closed by the owning hotel. Probably for good reasons for their own but how unfriendly. This haus needs a stairway down to the village! We won't go back to ladis because of this. After 3 hours in a car and looking in ladis for the appartment I rushed in for visit to the toilet. After usage I got reprimanded by the owner for not taking of my shoes. (Toilet was in the sauna complex, didn't know, and didn't saw the message for taking of the shoes.) Apologies weren't accepted. We experienced it as rude. Rule nr 1: there is never a second chance for a first impression. Thats more important than shoes on/off. The wifi we found annoying and expensive. There is only a limitable amount available and you have to get payed tickets for extra wifi. When you want a ticket there is no one around to get one. Our free wifi limit was quickly reaced because of a tablet with auto update features. Sigh. A manual for tv can be advised, we managed, but can imagine not everyone is capable of adding the dutch channel to the channel list.
