The hotel is brilliant! The location cannot be better, since it is to five minutes in car of the bahn to Dachstein. A great pleasure the attention of the family Hepi! The house is very nice. I recommend it to you if you have to travel to the zone. |

owner's friendliness, efficiency, design of pension, cleanliness, lounge rooms, comfort, spaciousness, size of establishment, location, peace & quiet, availability & assistance given by owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Only the steep hill from Station to Pension with our luggage. |

Friendly, but not intrusive hosts Booking com said meals were available in the evening, but this was not the case when we were there - maybe you need to change your description a little |

Hotel owners are very professional and nice people. They treated us as a very special guests. They helped a lot without extra charge - drove us of their own expenses to the other town, bought some souvenirs, cooked special local food by our request etc. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day. It was the best vocation for last ten years for us because of luckily selected Hotel.Thank you |

Conversation at breakfast with other guests and hosts, few rooms, friendly and helpful owners, good location. As soon as the improvements to the yard are completed the place will be outstanding. |

Cosy and beautiful hause, clean and quite capacious room with picturesque view. Hause is near by the lake HalstatterSee. Absolute silence and fresh pure air. |

가정집같은 호텔이었음. 호수에서 약간 떨어져 있어 호수경치을 볼수 없었지만 앞쪽에 산이 있어 산경치는 볼수가 있어서 좋았음. 주인분께서 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 아주 좋았음. 전반적으로 만족함. |

オーナーさんたちがとても気さくで明るくとても親切。夕食もいただいたけど、味もいいし、ボリュームもある- 。部屋や談話室のインテリアもかわいくて、センスがいい。決して高価なものは置いてないけど、簡単に真似で- きそうなセンスの良さがあってとても好感がもてた。夕食をつけてもとても安く泊まれた。 |

С удовольствием провели в этом отели 2-е суток. Жаль было уезжать. Отель принадлежит семейной паре из Англии, 5 лет как перебравшихся в Австрию. Собственно они вдвоем и есть персонал отеля. Чувствуется, что им самим нравится их работа, а это во многом залог качественного результата. Хороший завтрак, приятный интерьер, отличный вид из окна. Двуспальную кровать можно было бы поставить и по шире, благо, что размер номера позволяет. |

The room is clean, new and comfortable. The hosts were very hospitable. Especially, the host kindly helped us out when we encourtered problems with the local traffic, without charging additional fees. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. |

Very nice and cozy environment, suitable for travellers who look for body and mind relaxation in their trip to Hallstatt. Furniture is in new condition, service is nice, breakfast is surprisingly good. I highly recommend Haus Hepi to everyone who is thinking of a trip to Hallstatt. |
