Haus Kernstock  

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une chambre d'hôtes : la responsable/propriétaire est (très) limite aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est frugal, servi par la propriétaire... et il n'est pas très bien vu de demander d'autres tartines.

C'est perdu à la limite de la zone industrielle avec vue sur les camions de livraison. La chambre bleue est vraiment ....bleue. Les sanitaires accolés à la douche ...pas bon.. Le petit déjeuner <strict minimum > est servi de main de maitre par la patronne. Pas de carte bancaire. Liquide exigé.... Pas de facture non plus.!!!

Chambre d'hôtes : Propriétaire antipathique, rapport qualité-prix abominable, chambres vitelottes, déjeuner affreux (aucun choix). Fuyez vite

Very friendly and welcoming land lady. The place was clearn. Its ok for a night stop.

When you book on line read the small print, you have to pay when you get there! The room for 4 is just one room with 4 beds in a line.

It had decent prices, and wasn't far from town. It was also a plus that each room had a private bathroom.

The Double room I was in was a bit cramped, and there was no door for the shower area. So the person that woke up first to take a shower was pretty much guaranteed to wake up the other person.

The room I stayed in was very clean. For the price, I was very impressed by the size and quality of the room.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The host is kind and speaks English, she also makes wonderful strawberry jam we could taste for breakfast! It's located at the end of the town but you can reach the centre on foot for about 30 minutes.

The check out is too early.

this is not a hotel this is a very poor b&b.when we arrived we found note on gate to say key was in door of room 5 that was in the attic and she would see us for breakfast.in the morning we went into a very small kitchen for breakfast, which was chese ham and toast the women sat beside us while we ate .we stay two nites and only went for breakfast one morning

Firstly we couldn’t gain entry to the house, we had to ring a bell at the gate. We imagined a good sign of security. The owner was away and her son took us to our rooms. First impression was that it was adequate, tidy and clean. We made a booking for breakfast for 8 am.

The beds were rock hard and we both awoke with aching limbs and back. At 8 am we went for breakfast and were told, “Go back I have no room”. We were fetched at 8:20. Mrs Kernstock has no concept of food hygene. After climbing the stairs, using the handrail, she returned to her breakfast room without washing her hands, then commenced arranging bread in a basket by hand before offering it to us. She also arranged the ham and cheese by hand onto a plate containing a pat of warm butter. She handled the bread again after using the toaster. After finishing, all plates were collected, any cheese and ham was returned to her initial stock; all butter remaining, was scraped up and returned to the butter packet; the milk jugs were emptied into a milk bottle and all was returned to the fridge. We had to assume for the next day. The plates were wiped over with the serviettes and restacked in her cupboard. That day, when we returned from Salzburg Centre, the two beds had been tidied, however, a few of our personal items had been moved around, but on checking nothing was missing. We didn’t have breakfast, the next day, and looked around the property for Mrs Kernstock, so we could return the key. She was nowhere to be found, so we left the key and departed. This is a place people should avoid, when valuing their health. Booking.com should review whether they continue to host her accommodation.

Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen großen Balkon. Ans Zimmer angrenzende kleine Küche, wo man sich ´mal einen Tee oder Kaffee kochen konnte. Nette Gastwirtin.

Durch angrenzende Speditionsfirma viel LKW-Verkehr, daher bis spät abends sehr laut. Dagegen war der anliegede Flughafen nur halb so schlimm.

Niente/nothing

Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti e dopo la prima è stato difficile resistere alla tentazione di scappare, nonostante viaggiamo spesso e ci adattiamo bene a tutte le sistemazioni. Colazione e camera sono nettamente inferiori al prezzo: la nostra stanza era una specie di scantinato e dal bagno proveniva una terribile puzza di fogna. Siamo arrivati verso le 19:00 e il riscaldamento era spento per cui abbiamo condiviso la stanza con I pinguini. In 4 giorni la stanza non è mai stata pulita, nè ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Il posto auto (gratuito e senza prenotazione!!!) era in realtà la stradina senza uscita davanti alla casa. Il b&b si trova all'estrema periferia di Salisburgo, anche se il centro è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Tuttavia la zona è squallida per cui è preferibile muoversi a piedi solo di giorno. La colazione è la ciliegina sulla torta: pane, burro e marmellata. Oltre ad essere misera, l'igiene è scarsa. Sul piatto un pezzettino di burro con impresse le impronte digitali della proprietaria che ti osserva mentre mangi con il cestino di pane fra le grinfie e quando finisci la prima fetta di pane te ne offre un'altra (e basta). Noi abbiamo desistito e rinunciato alla colazione (pur avendola pagata) dopo la seconda mattina! Naturalmente non rilascia la ricevuta. Non mi sento di consigliarlo ad altri.

Es war viel zu kalt, Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt, Frückstück war nicht sehr üppig

Расположение рядом с Ангар 7 (постоянная выставка ред-булловских самолетов-болидов-машин). Большие номера, балкон, телевизор. Можно спокойно запарковать машину.

Холодный туалет с жужжащим электрошрёдером, подсоединенный к унитазу. По приезду (мы не предупредили о времени заезда) хозяйки не было дома, пришлось гулять по городу, вечером только заселились. Оборудование номеров не новое. Телевизор старый и маленький (но вы же не за этим в Зальцбург едете ;)) Завтрак под присмотром хозяйки (чем-то напоминает Фрекен Бок из мультика про Карлсона).

Frühstück und das drum herum etwas eigenartig und nicht gut. kein richtiger Parkplatz. Preis/Leistung naja.

è una piccola casetta con 5-6 stanze adibita a affitta camere doppie. la colazione è molto buona con marmellate di produzione propria. il tutto è a conduzione familiare. davvero un posticino accogliente. da ritornare.

è un po difficile da trovare, non ci sono indicazioni per l'albergo.

Zimmer recht klein, für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise kein Problem, für längeren Aufenthalt zu wenig Platz.

frühstück eine frechheit! 1. nacht ein uralt zimmer dann umsiedeln und das bei 2 nächten. eine frechheit so etwas im internet anzubieten!
