Simple, comfortable and clean apartment, felt very fresh and had all the necessities like bedsheets, towels, glasses, plates, silverware. Everything we needed was there. Ski in/ski out access to slopes was great. The house is a little further up the slope by the side of the road (main road to many small hotels so always in good condition) so there was snow around allowing us to ski to the slopes even though in Schladming itself there was no snow. Easy to get to, easy parking, good equipment storage (boot heaters). Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended. There is also a good alpine-family-run rental place close by (ARX) with very good prices and service. That nearest mountain also offers night skiing.
