Haus Obermoos    

A very pleasant hotel/apartment house at a good location, clean and recently refurbished, with very good facilities (wellness center, free Wi-Fi, etc.). The owners are extremely nice and helpful, they make you feel at home. Good location for skiing, either in the village or at nearby Flachau.

Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The bar was super convenient, as you could serve yourself anytime day or night. Nice spa facilities and cute little kids playroom. Lots of little extras like dvd rentals, option for a massage. Could walk right to the ski lift. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking area was very small.

Owners were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spot clean, Filzmoos is really beautiful location and Haus Obermoos is nicely situated outside of the main village

a bit far from Filzmoos center (15-min by foot), walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors pretty loud when they were staying in the next room (only 1 night)

Very good atmospheric hotel, with nice design and spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly, and helpful with good suggestions what to do around. Breakfast was more than we expected, do not miss the omelets! Filzmoos is very beautiful!

We only stayed here 1 day/night during summer as we decided (fairly late) to undertake our trip to Italy in 2 trips. We had the family room with breakfast. We were very warm welcomed by the host and excellent English (as our German isn't very well). After a nice shower (still warm water after 3 other showers), beds slept fantastic, we were very charmed by the extensive breakfast. We couldn't have choosen a better location on our route to spend the evening and night at the best price/quality. Thank you Stephan.

If I really have to make a point, even with the gps coordinates, we had to look a bit for the accomadation, but if you pull your eyes open - you can't miss it

sehr kleines familiär geführtes "Hotel". Scheint auch sehr auf junge Familien ausgelegt zu sein. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl geführt. Gutes Frühstück.

Die gute Lage ganz in der Nähe von dem Einstieg zur Ski-Schaukel. Der "Wirt" war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Nachfrage viel über den Ort Filzmoos und dessen Umgebung erzählt. Das "restliche Personal" war auch sehr freundlich! Gutes, reichhaltiges, immer schön angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffett. Keine zerstörten Wurst- oder Käseplatten, sondern man hatte das Gefühl, der erste Gast zu sein. Ein "Werk" vom Gastwirt.

Der doch etwas weite Weg ins Zentrum von Filzmoos. Wir brauchten -trotz schnellen Schrittes- bis ins Zentrum ca. 20 Gehminuten. In Filzmoos war es am Abend geisterhaft ruhig. Die Gehsteige schienen ab 21 Uhr hochgeklappt zu sein. Vielleicht gab es Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in einer Disco?

Krásné prostředí. Blízkost nástupu k vleku i kvalita lyžařských tratí/rodinné lyžování. Vstřícnost personálu. Prostorné pokoje s dobrým vybavením. Sauna /infra,parní,klasika/zdarma Cena ubytování.

Frábært hótel í alla staði , staðsetning , starfsfólk , matur alveg super !!

Fantasztikus vendégszeretet a házigazda részéről, rendkívul készséges és ami számomra nagyon fontos egy szálláshelyen, nagyon nagy tisztaság van! Nagyon szívesen ajánlom bárkinek!

Filzmoos kozpontjatol autoval 2 percre talalhato a szallas, a fout mellett. A haz gyonyoruen berendezett, a szobak makulatlanul tisztak, az apartman konyhaja tokeletesen felszerelt. A tulajdonos magyar, igy szinte teljesen otthon ereztuk magunkat. A kornyek gyonyoru, tele gyerekkel is jol bejarhato kirandulohelyekkel. Nyugalmat, kenyelmet kedveloknek feltetlenul ajanlom.

Gute, angenehme Atmosphäre, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, nahe der Straße gelegen aber dennoch ruhig. Ausgiebiges Frühstück, vielseitiges Angebot, wenn auch nicht allen Anforderungen entsprechend. Positiv zu erwähnen ist jedenfalls, dass auf Reklamationen sofort reagiert wird und allfällige Mängel unmittelbar behoben werden.

Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns dass 1) Das Haus nicht leicht zu finden war; wir mußten zweimal Einheimische fragen, bis wir am Ziel waren. 2) In unserem Zimmer zwar Flachbildschirm und DVD Player waren, ORF 1 und ORF 2 aber nicht zu empfangen waren. 3) Das Haus offenbar auf englischsprachige Gäste ausgerichtet ist; alle Aufschriften bis zur Speisekarte sind ausschließlich in englisch, was uns zwar nicht gestört hat, was für einen Betrieb in Österreich aber doch ungewöhnlich ist.

Очень приветливый персонал, чистый, уютный номер, все новое, приличный завтрак, вид на горы.

Отсутствие холодильника/минибара и чайника в номере. Несколько шумно от дороги.

1. Das Essen ist nur ok, Qualität steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis. 2. Mehr Deutsch würde nicht schaden. Mit English kann man sich allerdings gut verständigen.
