A very comfortable hotel, with great hospitability and its surrounded with lovely scenery of mountains. Its exactly what i saw on the pictures of the site, so you would not get disappointed. I wished that my stay was longer and would definitely recommend it to other people.

Wanted to see snow for Christmas and we did. We also liked the sauna (open until late) and the pool (good size). We had half-board but the food was not very good nor healthy. This place seems to be also more for elderly peolple and some younger clients seemed to be bored. But if you just want to relax and enjoy the montains, the pool and the sauna then it`s ok.

We had a great time, all of the hotel employees were really helpfull. Location is fantastic, only 3km to Stuhleck ski resort. Free pool, sauna, gym, table tennis was more than we expected. Maybe just one suggestion for improvement, dog in the hotel kitchen/restaurant is a big no and also loud talks of the kitchen staff with open doors to the restaurant can be a bit disturbing for the quests.

The only thing I really liked about the hotel was the food. The stuff know very little english, you have to pay extra 20 euros if you wanna watch the tv, it is very far from the ski slope, they don't clean your room, you have to extra pay for all your drinks, etc.

I liked the staff especially. They were very thoughtful and there was a man who arranged catering who spoke four languages, it was amazing. When we arrived the receptionist said we couldn't have dinner--fair enough, we arrived quite late-- but next morning the man at the catering said we could have come, he was waiting for us. Bad communication, but that's all..

The in-door swimming pool and a sauna was a nice way to end a day in the slopes. This hotel was a surreal experience. At first the last time the hotel was refurbished was in the 60s (70s at best) and it still maintains most original (and kitsch) fixtures and fittings. The mixture of forgotten Christmas and carnival decor was not a pretty sight. The staff barely spoke English and the word hospitality and manners were not in their vocabulary. Breakfast was fair but not what a frequent visitor in Austria is used to. The room was small but decent with the exception of the dated bathroom which had no shampoo etc. If TV is your thing you will have to pay an extra €20! The hotel actually specializes in children holidays which was not clear in the description in booking.com so it is not really recommended if you'd like a grown up's ending of the day, though the children were very well behaved. What tops everything though were the threatening signs of a €40 penalty if you parked your car in front of the hotel or if you lost the keys!

There is a good value foor the price. A comfortable hotel, with great hospitability and its surrounded with lovely scenery of mountains. The hotel is close to the slopes ( 3 km) , It's clean and the food is good! The swimming pool is excellent. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is a great delicious breakfast buffet. The schedule for the dinner is only till 19.30 but we received all menu int he first evening at 20.30 . The sauna is nice but small for more than 6 person , the infra sauna was closed. The refurbished corridors has a smell of plastic carpet.

It was clean and tidy and the food selection was good. It seems lost in the 1960s and not in a good way and reminded me of a 1960s health resort rather than a hotel. Obviously on a cost saving path as half the hotel lights didnt work, some areas not heated properly. If you stay bring a plug exyention as there was only one power point in the room which was for the TV. Hard to charge a phone if watching TV.

Near two ski center, one of which can be fun and evening. The rooms are very small and affordable flooring. The rooms are no place for either case. No desk. At 100 under your windows every 10 -15 minutes a train passes. Internet only in lobby, where it is extremely noisy and can not work. It happens to work and a cleaning lady to come to you and to include vacuuming. Almost all announced by the hotel services in practice not carried out. Room entertainment of children remains permanently locked because this does not have windshield wipers to clean it. Parking, for no apparent reason for this is very far from the entrance, and the only door for direct access to your rooms remain permanently locked - if you want key say it can not find it. Food in restaurants is made from semi-prepared and not recom

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are small. The rooms were not cleaned every day. The hotel parking lot was not enough for every car (the hotel was fully booked), and you could not park overnight in front of the hotel. We had to leave one day earlier due to personal reasons and the hotel did not show any flexibility not to charge us for this night or at least giving a discount which we regret as the room cost us EUR 100/night.

A szálloda személyzete előzékeny, udvarias a reggeli választéka gazdag.
