We were a group of 10 and had the bungalow. It was a perfect place for a weekend trip to the skiing area. With the car a max. 10 minutes ride to stuhleck from the hotel. Dinner and breakfast was included and was of good quality.

The hotel had a pool and quite nice entertainment possibilities, however this wasn't in the same building as the bungalow. You had to go outside to reach the main building.

    Beds comfortable

Bizarre decoration in the rooms. Car park 300m away from hotel. Shower sprayed water into bathroom. Needed to pay a 20 euro deposit to get an access key to a ground floor door which gave access to a lift because of no disabled access to hotel. Reception.

The food is excellent and the hotel is very welcoming.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. The cleaning lady forgot each day *7 days* to clean up the carpet. You must use the car for going at the ski slopes.

    - Generally unfriendly staff. - Restaurant/Bar must be paid in cash, no cards accepted as advertised and it's not possible to put it on the room bill. The waiter told us to drive to an ATM, when I told him I don't want to drink and drive he told me "this is Austria, that's no problem". Ridiculous. - No one speaks proper German/English. - Shower cabin filled with mold. - Even for half the money I would have expected more. - Never ever again.

Good, rich breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful staff.

Old-style interior, poor quality, bad price/value rate.

    The scenery was very nice.

The biggest issue was that, despite having acquired the half pension option (breakfast + dinner), we didn't get any free drinks included (not even still water). The available drinks only came in small sizes and were quite expensive. Also, there are no shops nearby. There wasn't any free Wi-Fi available in the room, only at the bar downstairs. It's quite far away (~ 4 km) from the Stuhleck ski resort and the ski bus they provide at the hotel has a fixed schedule: at 9 AM it goes to Stuhleck and it comes back at 4 PM.

    - clean; - friendly staff; - not bad food; - fair prices in the bar.

    - high price of rooms; - not functioning fridge; - no Internet in the rooms; - fee for sport equipment (for instance, table tennis rockets), although the table tennis is indicated as free; - no shampoo in the bathroom.

The hotel is successfully located for those who travels by car. Very good pool, friendly staff, beautiful site. In hotel it is very cozy, silent, pure also fine kitchen. Will be ideally suited for family rest.

In a gym the awful equipment - very much spoils impression about hotel as a whole

pool, sauna, decent breakfast and dinner, friendly staff (also speaking slovak), large bungalow

Higher price for an older hotel. Very unpleasant surprise was that even though I made reservation for 7 people (in bungalow for max. 10 persons), the 7th person was payed extra above the booking price (120 Euros for 3 nights). It was my fault. On the reservation was written that the price is for 6 persons, but in booking system, I checked more persons and explicitly wrote again in the comment that we need more beds, therefore I anticipated the price is final. It was for the first time I must pay higher price than was written in the reservation. At least some warning from the hotel before the arrival would be fair.
