Staying at the House Senoner feels like staying with friends. You feel extremely welcome from the moment you arrrive, until you leave. The rooms are spacius, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and Ms. Senoner prepares your eggs just like you want them. The location is good, a 5-min walk from the ski bus and a 10 - min walk from the city center. The trains is nearby, but you never hear it passing.

Pretty, light room, close to the city centre, skibus stop is in 3 minutes walking distance. Wonderful breakfast with fresh bread, great service and nice lady working in the house. Nothing!

Great hospitality. Setup appartment was nice and spacious. Value for money breakfast.Missing a bus no drama since there where more options for busses and even walking wasn't too far. Free parking in front of the hotel. The matrass of the double bed was very hard.

The woman who managed the bed and breakfast was very kind, and went out of her way to accommodate us. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast is one of the better ones I have received during my travels in Europe. The location was good. It is located a short walk away from the city center, and was close enough to the main ski lift that me and my brother decided to walk rather than take the shuttle. I would certainly recommend Haus Senoner to anyone traveling to Kitzbuhel.

They were very friendly and eager to answer my questions. They even went out of their way to keep my bags for the day while I was skiing. I would absolutely stay again.

Great facilities, floor heating in the bathroom, flatscreen tv. More than you can expect from a Frühstückspension. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast fresh and had angood selection of meats, cheese and cerials. Would love to come back The location appears to be noisy, between train tracks and main road. The noise isolation however is excellent, we had a great night of sleep. It's only a short walk to the town center.

Very clean and fresh. Very good breakfast. Close to town for4 restaurants and shops. A kettle would have been a bonus or the offer of a drink when we arrived after a long journey.

The proprietors were welcoming, warm and friendly. The guesthouse was great and the room large, well appointed and comfortable. The en-suite was recently refurbished and was immaculate with superb fittings. The house was a short walk from a very attractive and interesting town centre. We liked everthing about it.

Hotellissa perhe oli ystävällinen ja huoneet olivat oikein siistit. Aulassa oli iso "minibaari", josta pystyi ostamaan yleisempiä jomia ja vieläpä tosi kohtuu hintaan (siis halvempaa kuin lähimmällä huoltoasemalla). Aamiainen oli perinteinen, mutta ihan riittävä.

Odlicna lokacija,do dve glavne gradske gondole svega 2min kolima, a do centra grada 5 min peske. Uvek ociscen parking. Domacica izuzetno ljubazna i korektna. Sam objeka u skladu sa cenom. Dorucak se sluzi u maloj ali prihvatljivoj trpezariji. Sto se tice klope ,uvek je sve bilo sveze i toplo. Preporuka za korektan smestaj po razumnoj ceni s obzirom da je u pitanju Kicbil. Ništa Nothing Nicht Aucun

sehr netter sevice, sehr herzlicher empfang, tolle lage ...die zimmertüren sind etwas hellhörig, morgens ab 7 uhr rumpelt jeder über den flur und die stimmen aus dem EG schallen bis ins zimmer
