Hank and his family are very welcoming. Appartement was spacious and we had access to a terrace where in the summer you can enjoy the fresh air and nice view at the surrouding mountains.

Located at the edge of the forest, Haus Waldruhe oversees all Mallnitz and is a 5-minute walk from the center of Mallnitz. All apartments are nicely styled in classic Austrian style with a modern twist. The apartments include cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a bathroom with separate toilet. It offers free Wi-Fi and a balcony with mountain views in every apartment. On request, fresh breakfast can be delivered every morning. Haus Waldruhe has a separate ski and bike storage room and free private parking on site. Behind the Haus is the “WaldStube” where you can enjoy a drink by the fire or (a couple of times a week) the owners will prepare a nice meal. Haus Waldruhe is located right on the Alpe Adria Trail and other wander ways. The ski bus stops a 3-minute walk away and takes guests to the Ankogelbahn Cable Car within 5 minutes or to the Mölltal Glacier, an all-year ski area 21 mi away.
