the well trained staff in this hotel will do everything to have a great stay in the hotel. the breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. there are plenty of wellness options. the hotel has a full covered wifi network. and special about this hotel are the trips and activities they organise for you free of charge. you can compare this hotel with a 80 yr old beautifull photo model. when she was young she was pretty and her appearance was breathtaking. now she is old, she wears a lot of makeup and accessoiries but she can't hide her age...

das Personal, man hatte das Gefühl als wäre man schon seid 100 Jahren Stammgast. Super wohlgefühlt der Balkon.......naja......das war ein Pseudobalkon......aber war nicht schlimm, wir haben ihn nicht gebraucht. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!

The cozy atmosphere and the family/home-like environment created by the staff. Despite families with small children, the hotel has house rules which provides a relaxed environment for those who want a quiet time in the resort. The hotel caters to the needs of their guests, even going shopping for necessities if requested. The hotel is located at the top of the mountain overlooking the valley. Breathtaking view. Truly inspirational!

Ein wunderschönes Wochenende - beim nächsten Mal länger! Sehr leckeres Essen (auch vegetarisch), schönes Zimmer mit Talblick. Wer's mag kann jeden Tag Ausflüge, Yoga o.ä. mitmachen (das "Almfrühstück" inkl. Wanderung war super), genauso aber einfach nichts tun und den Spa-Bereich genießen. Sicherlich sollte man hier kein "Kinderfeind" sein, aber auch ohne eigenen Nachwuchs haben wir uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde toll betreut und wohlgefühlt. Bücher, Zeitungen und Zeitschriften gibt es reichlich; bei Bedarf können Regenjacken, Buggy oder sogar Babyfone ausgeliehen werden.
