Our host Steven was delightful. He greeted us each morning, answered our questions, gave us recommendations and checked in with us to see if we had a good day. The location was good and provided a nice walk into town along the river.
The traffic noise could be distracting and required ear plugs. The window coverings did not block out the light very well.
Everything. This is a very nice hotel, at a fair price. I would stay there again.
The hotel is close to the city center, just 15min. walk and also very close to the Alpenzoo just 15min. walk. The room was a bit small but clean with a big window at the river. The staff excellent. Very good breakfast.
nothting at all.
Innkeeper and staff were super friendly, funny, informative, helpful and hospitable.
Location was great, but getting in and out of parking lot was a little dicey due to it being between two blind curves on a somewhat busy road.
A sweet and warm place to stay in Innsbruck. Just by the river side. Can take a walk into town.
But too noisy at night since it is just at the road side. Can hear car noise clearly.
People, room, breakfast. In short- everything!
+ Wonderful, staff with great sense of humor + We came in late at night and they made accommodations for us that were easy. + Allowed to park after checking out. They even gave us towels to dry off after getting rained on!
- A short walk from town that seemed much further when it started raining
Leaving keys for guests comming after check in time- excellent idea! Friendly staff and very tasty breakfast, also clean and comfortable room. We liked the hotel very much.
The hotel was delightful. It was an easy walk from the old town in a quiet area overlooking the river. The breakfasts were great and the staff was helpful.
We had a hard time connecting to the internet. And parking was a bit difficult, presumably because the hotel was full.
My room for myself , a single person, was very poor . A fair walk to most sights - on a noisy road - no restaurants or cafes handy -only breakfast available -no tea or coffee making facilities .
location, simple & lady on reception real laugh & characoter
The Staff is very nice and gentle. The dogs are welcomed. Our room was big and clean. The bathroom was clean as well.
The total price is higher if you pay with credito card (+5€). Moreover ,according to our opinion, the breakfast is quite expensive (7€ per person).
Huge room with really comfortable beds and a lovely host who was easy going and super friendly.
The room is noisy from traffic when windows are open and guests using the vending machine right next to the room. You can hear the coins drop all night. Plus if you open the windows and someone is smoking out on the terrace you will get all their smoke in your room. So maybe the other rooms are better than the large room with 4 beds that we had.
The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and slept very well. I would highly recommend.
Nice and cozy hotel not far from the city center and lift station to mountains . Friendly stuff , big parking and easy reachable by car from Brenner autobahn
We were not so lucky- so in our room was no window ( it was a window but directly to the rock - like 1m away from the rocky wall). But for one night it doesn't so matter.
Friendly staff, free parking outside the hotel.
Poor breakfast, a bit claustrophobic location, not cheap compered to the standard of the hotel
The staff was very kind and welcoming. It was not in touristy area.
A bit of a hike from town, but located very close to the cable up the mountain and the Alpen zoo. Not enough coffee on offer...
Staff were unbelievable helpful. Very welcoming nothing was to much troubles when you needed help. Breakfast was good and room was perfect also.
Free parking Great view of the river Very clean
Road noise - hotel is located on a busy road Small rooms Internet unreliable
It was near some nice trails (follow signs to Alpenzoo) for walking and running. Very nice breakfast room. Close to the river along which a paved path leads into town. It was a very good price although breakfast is not included.
Next to a busy street which was a bit tricky to cross. A bit far from the main part of town and the train station (1/2 hour walk).
Comfortable rooms, really friendly staff and very close to hiking trials. A nice 10 minute stroll along the river into the old city.
Was a good stay, staff really friendly and helpful :)
The staff were very friendly. The location was an easy walk to the old part of town and the park. The breakfast was nice.
A nice hotel. The owner was nice and very helpful. We arrived after 1am and was very happy to find that they sticked the key and a note with room no. At the door for us. He also gave all info in details. Good breakfast and nice place. I will stay here again if I go to innsbruck again. Thanks for your help, steven.
Nothing at all.
Great staff, excellent breakfast and good location.
Room a little small.
