Hotel Heimgartl is not a 3 star hotel...it is a half a star if that. The room was dark and extremely filthy, the bathroom was tiny, had urine all over the toilet seat, the carpet had 30 years of dirt caked on it, there are no lifts, the hallways and room were extremely dark and sheets were dirty. We asked for a baby cot and they charged us alot for something that was older than the hotel, & charged 8 EU for breakfast for a 1 and 4 year old (they had stale cereal!) |

The breakfasts were the best I have had anywhere! The friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietors made our stay very special. |

Fantastic view of the alps, good breakfast, doona artwork by one of the cleaners! I couldn't get the Wifi to work on my laptop, although I was advised that many US/Australian laptops could have this problem. |

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to city centre Located on a busy road. Not a great deal of parking onsite. Cot for baby charged out at 10€ per night. |

gentilezza dello staff non comodissimo al centro e alla stazione.anche se c'è un bus che ariva a circaq 200 m dall'hotel,la sera però il servizio finisce circa alle 20 e bisogna prendere un altro bus che è a circa a 500 metri. |
