Hein Hotel

We liked the location-which is the only reason we stayed there-because we had an early flight out.

Last year, for the same price, we got a much better room for our money.

Very clean throughout and comfortable hotel. Quiet. Superb breakfast!! Very attentive and professional staff.

Clear procedures, good and fast service.

The hotel is very convienient as an overnight stay prior to flying out of the Vienna airport. It is close to the airport but relatively econical compared to the hotels right at the airport. The staff are vere polite and helpful, and all amenities are acceptable. It is quiet, and there is a nearby hotel with acceptably good dinner food. The breakfast at Hotel Hein is a good buffet.

Proximity to the airpolrt was excellent and the only reason to choose this hotel

The hot water did not work in the shower but was fixed when we mentioned this to the staff. The tv in the room was old and did not work. When we mentioned it to the staff they were not interested. The 'bar snacks' were very poor and microwaved by the receptionist. For such a modern hotel there were so many things lacking. The view of the power station from the penthouse was priceless.
