The room was nice, big and comfortable. Quiet, with a beautiful view and the food in the restaurant is very good. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The room had a very strong smokers' smell, which can be quite off-putting. Internet is quite expensive. |

location was good, near to train station and to zentrum. international chain, so trustworthy. rates for the season were unparalleled. room was comfortable. hotel should provide water kettle, tea and coffee for each room. |

Visiting the Bell Foundry, Using the cable cars and walking to the top of ther mountain with the christian cross on top. Fantasic weather for the time of year. Wonderful breakfast with very attentive staff. we want to come back again in winter but not for winter sports. |

Comfortable spacious rooms with lots of amenities and great views over the city, speedy spacious elevators, non- smoking floors, Despite the great variety of breakfast buffet , I mentioned that some of the hot dishes were not always of the proper quality. |

close to the centre of the city, comfortable and clean room, good diner and breakfast the music in the restaurant was really irritating while eating, some kind of science fiction background buzz which never stopped. Eating in silence would have been much more relaxing or other music. The big lights in the restaurant gave it a bit klinic atmoshere. Room ok but could use some new painting (70's brown color). |

Good location to visit the city centre, excellent breakfast, nice and multilanguage speaking personnel. Lack of atmosphere, looks like an old fashioned business hotel. No custrains for craddle awailable. |

The Hotel eas very easy to find. Very close to all tourist attractions. Very clean and large rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and they werevery quiet rooms. |

The breakfasts were great. Nice view from the room. There was no soap in our room for the whole of the two days that we stayed, despite telling reception the first day. When I mentioned this again when checking out I was told they had run out of soap! Not really accepatable for a hotel like the Hilton. They also appear to have run out of dusters, as there was a layer of dust in our room - again, told them at reception the first day, but nothing was done about it. |

Enough room area(30m2) with 2 double beds for us, 2 adults and 1 infant. The telephone operator in the room service gave me slightly rude attitude. |

Central to Innsbruck. Big room with loverly views.Good choice for breakfast. Quite chaotic at breakfast times, staff run off their feet. Hotel says it will cook you items not available at the breakfast buffet - but in reality, you had to wait ages, and quite often the food didn't turn up at all. |

Wonderful view. We got a comfortable room and a good buffet breakfast for a price that compared well to city centre accomodation. Only a few blocks from the train station. Smoke came in through the ventilation system (non-smoking room) and the lobby was very smoky. |

especially we liked the employee called PAVLOS, who is excellent in his work, very helpfull and we are much obliged to him for everything. we could do out tour to the castles of germany from there, succesfully, we are much obliged to you PAVLOS, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! |

Luckily got a deal as Hilton had rooms half price on their 2 for 1 summer 'offer'. The hotel has fantastic mountain views front and back from the higher floors, Breakfast is great with a wide choice, parking on site is reasonable for Austria. Hotel has a casino attached if you like that sort of relaxation. The location is perfect, just 1 minute walk to the start of the main street. |
