Hilton Innsbruck  

Everything was great. The breakfast which was included was excellent.

The only complaint would be the price of the Internet and that we had to buy two as my wife and I could not share username and password. Most of other stays had free wifi.

Location was very good, close to train station and the "old town" area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

The price of the hotel was higher than anticipated. They charge 30 euro per person for breakfast and had a charge for the internet higher than we had paid anywhere else on our trip. Most hotels offer free internet, the occassional hotel had a very minimal fee. The hilton had a higher fee than anywhere else we stayed during our holiday.

Wifi to much, very expensive, cheaper to use my 3g, breakfast to expensive. Ice machine not working on the 9th floor, no information in the rooms regarding Hotel Facilities at all.

No free internet it is a shame for such a big hotel . next time I will look for a hotel with free internet.

Great hotel, the staff was super friendly, location was in the middle of the city but the hotel was easy to find. We stayed there with a group of friends, but many of the patrons had families and/or buisness persons. Ski slopes are extremley close and in a easy 1.5 hour drive to Garmisch for more ski resorts. The hotel offered safe parking in a underground parking garrage. For those who like to gamble there is a Casino connected to the hotel and shops are a short walk away. The hotel offers an amazing complimentary breakfast which was nothing short of amazing. A great way to top off a awesome stay at this hotel.

Parking was not validated and for hotel guests. I believe I spent 16 euro for 12 hours of parking. A small hit for a luxary hotel, but none the less not a huge deal breaker.

Nice facility, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the windows, comfortable rooms.

Everything was very very good. Room very modern and clean, personnel so kind, fabulous breakfast, excelent ubication. But you pay what you receive, I mean this is not an economic hotel. Fortunately I found a very good rate by using booking.com. Definitely I would be again at this hotel.

Nice hotel and staff, confortable room. The buffet breakfast is plentiful , though it's not included in the room rate. I will be back if I visit the city again.

The hotel is situated in a quite high building, comparing to others in Innsbruck and shows nice mountains view. In a central part of the city with nice "caffes" nearby. Spacious rooms, painted in "cosy" colours. A very comfortable bed. I recommend to change the arrow sketch on the key card. It shows the opposite direction that it is being used :).
