Hilton Innsbruck

I think for the price things like internet and parking should have been free. They were not and cost 17 and 10 Euros respectively. I think that is a little low-budget for a nice hotel like a Hilton. They should not "nickle and dime" their customers who are already spending top dollar to stay there.

We liked the location.

We had problems with the billing of our internet use.

The hotel is in the great spot, just right there at the city center. But the room is quite old. though the room style is better than the room which is in the city center (normally it is small) this room is bigger, I still think they need to renovate. The breakfast is great. They have a lot of guests, so the variety of the food is perfect.

The Hilton was perfectly located, close to the railway station and the old city gate. The staff at reception and the restaurant went out of their way to be helpful. There also was access to the internet in reception. The room was spacious with coffee/tea facilities, a safe, mini bar, and the views of the Alps were spectacular. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect at the Hilton - exceptional. There was some rain during our stay and umbrellas were available at reception.

The room was not ready at the specified time and we had to leave our luggage in an unprepared room. On our second [and final] day the room was not ready when we returned from sight seeing at 5.00 pm.

It was the best breakfast I have eaten in my all trip. The service and the food are incredible.

The internet access is expensive. It could be free in the room.

Freindly staff, clean room and very close to all the actions of the Innsbruck city.

The room air-conditionining appeared to be in effective as the outside temprature was over 30 deg C during our stay

Location, its great. It has the general Hilton Standards.

I didnt like many things: 1) When we arrived, there was nobody to help with the bags, which for a Hilton hotel is unacceptable. We had to carry all the bags ourselfs, with a 1.6 baby. 2) The room had 2 cups of coffee to make instant coffee. One of those cups was full of water and some herbs from the prior guest. Terrible cleaning. 3) I started to drink a Coke from the minibar, and it was expired since 4 months ago. The same happend with a water, and then I check a Tonic Water and it was also expired. Shameful for Hilton. Actually I was with vomits all night after drinking the Coke, but I am not sure it was due to that. 4) The cream sope from the sink was empty. It was a Hilton Hotel, and all the above things cannot happen. Not recommended

The location was ideal and the spaciousness of the room was appreaciated/

Very durty carpet and very old furniture in the restaurant. Rud waitres (veeery rud)

We were there primarily to visit the old town and go up the mountain. Both are worth the visit

Very helpful reception, good internet available, comfortable rooms.

While the breakfast menu was good we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness as some of the crockery that we used was not clean and had old food attached, e.g. old butter wrapper and a piece of prune. Tea maker could have been hotter. Even with a room at the back of the Hotel it was noisy as the main road runs right along side the front of the Hotel.

The room with a beautiful view and it is non-smoking. The room is spcious enough for two people. The location is also excellent.

The bathroom is a bit out of date.
