En primer lugar nos hicieron un "upgrade" a una habitacion increible en el piso 14 con vista a las montañas. El personal del hotel tiene un nivel de servicialidad pocas veces visto, siempre con una sonrisa y super eficiente. El desayuno es un banquete. Nos brindaron informacion muy util para el alquiler de equipamento para esqui. El costo de internet. |

Great view of the ski jump and mountains, excellent breakfast, good location near to centre of innsbruck and train station. Easy to find when taking the local bus from the airport. |

I loved its proximity to the city centre and the fantastic view!!! The rooms are big and the breakfast great!!! The gym is open 24 hours!! |

The room was very clean and with nice view to the city. Room service was excellent. Breakfast also was great. Instead of two double bed one bigger double. |

Freindly staff, car parking directly connect to hotel with low cost if over than 2 days stay, very good viewer. It little bit difficulty to found restraunt around hotel. However, there is hotel restraunt. It's not so bad. Shower soap almost empty when we were check in then after empty, no changed/refill it. |

We found the staff extremely friendly, couteous and helpful, particularly on our arrival, at the reception desk. We only had an overnight stay but breakfast was superb, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful, and were pleasant and efficient. |

Hotel Innsbruck is approx 10 mins or less walk from the Old town of Innsbruck. It is a superb hotel, with very comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast, did I say excellent loud enough. The staff were all extremely helpful. They have a specail car park rate, which is less than half the price of the normal rate. I would definitely stay here again. |

The view was incredible, the room service was excellent and the front desk was helpful with directions and suggestions for things to do. It was also a great location -- easy walk to the old town, shopping, restaurants, and bars. |

The location in the city centre but still close to the airport, the size of the rooms, the quality of the bathroom, and the excellent buffet breakfast ( wide variety, fresh products, friendly service). From the outside, it is not very pretty and as such detonates a bit in the attractive old centre of Innsbruck. |

Extremely helpful staff giving always accurate info. Upon checking in we asked for room giving the most beautiful view of the alps. We got it. Stayed on 14th floor, remarkable view. Best buffet breakfast served. Fresh orange juice served (oranges pressed during breakfast) and waiters around all time filling up coffee cups. Another asset is the central heating compared to heating by air-condition. King-size beds should have one-piece bed-clothes and eiderdown rather than separate. Otherwise everything perfect. |
