Friendly receptionist, excellent location and view from upper floor.
After checking out of the Hilton we later found out, that the hotel not only charged us for our stay but also in addition charged us a security deposit, which was never discussed with us! There was absolutely no reason for that since the invoice was paid in full! When we called their bookkeeping department they were very arrogant and did not want to understand the problem. Up til now the extra charge to our visa account never was reversed! Will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again! No ventilation in the bathroom, hard and dangerous to climb into the high bath tub for showering - they need walk-in showers. Fake fireplace on a TV Screen in the lobby is not Hilton Standard!
The excellent location, the cleanliness, courteous reception staff.
Even though I had booked a room for 3 guests, one of the beds was a temporary pull out bed which was very uncomfortable, also there was only 2 of everything, for example cups, glasses, toiletries and no milk for tea.
Room was to hot & beds a bit uncomfortable
We liked the location, 5 min from the railway station, 10 min from the centre. Nice view, we were on the 9 floor. Good breakfast, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, waiters at the breakfast are very polite, always ask if you would like smth else. Big bathroom, tea facilities. The old style of the place.
The smell at our floor, the wardrobe door at the room was broken.
location was very good and the breakfast was excellent. lots of choice and a comfortable dining room.
Charging for internet in room pretty poor considering the cost of the hotel. Room very hot and if window open or AC on, then noisy despite being on 13th floor. Cream for coffee was off and only enough for 1 cup. ( stingy) Bathroom old fashioned and the shower temperature was hard to control
Why there is no wifi free in the room
Very clean rooms, we were lucky to have a room with a beautiful room. Staff was friendly and it was quiet in the room.
Wecan see beautiful snow montains fron hotel at morning
The Hilton is located in a quiet and very central part of Innsbruck. We could walk to the centre and river front in 10 minutes. We had a deluxe room overlooking the city to the north, the room was warm, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one would expect from a high calibre hotel.
but "normal" room without breakfast for 140 € Sauna??
Great breakfast and great view from room
The window can not be opened widely. The room size is a little bit insufficient .
Excellent location. Clean room with great views.
Service in restaurant poor.
excellent stay lovely city helpful staff
Comfort is good Very clean Nice stuff
expensive compared to what other hotels offer old rooms (looks like in the 80s)
close to the old city, good places to eat arround
I do not see why there is no free intrnet in the rooms
- Friendly, helpful staff - Excellent location near Maria Theresianstrasse - Beautiful view (higher floors) - Konrad's restaurant extremely good, although expensive - overall decent value for money
- Wifi not free in rooms as advertised - hot water went out suddenly - air conditioning not very effective, room was hot and stuffy at night - situated next to adult nightclub (can be uncomfortable to walk past daily with family) - on site parking cost $10 per day
Friendly staff and v good food though quite expensive
Lack of staff generally
clean, great food, beautiful view, great place near the city centre
The service at reception was fantastic. Parking was convenient and ended up being cheaper for three days which the receptionist organised. When we got to our room, there was a childs bed made up which we did not request. We went back down to make sure there wasn't some kind of mistake and the room wasn't meant for us, but they sent someone up immediately to remove the bed. Check out was quick. Thank God.
The entire hotel allows for mountain views, don't let this fool you into paying more. Soundproofing is non-existent. Woke up early one morning to our neighbour vomiting (for half an hour at 7am) and the next morning could hear our other neighbour farting and being ill in his bathroom. Incredibly disgusting... obviously they're ill, but I don't want to hear that kind of thing! Internet should be free throughout the entire hotel, it is 15 euro a day and incredibly expensive. We were charged 50 euro a day deposit on top of our reservation without being told. We were told that'd drop off eventually as some kind of city tax, but it'd be nice to be informed. The room was dirty! I pulled the curtains back to open them and the corners of the wall and along the skirting were black with dust! Cleaners knocked on our door at 8am even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and even tried to open the door. We were given two beds instead of one big bed.
Free wifi only at reception area and at restaurant. No wifi in rooms...!!
Lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and very happy to help in any way. Great location and very easy walk from train station and to food outlets, tourist attractions etc. Would definitely stay again.
Bed was somewhat firm and it would have been nice to have an extra pillow provided without having to ask. Would have liked ability to receive wifi in the room not just the reception areas.
Decent bathroom, but bath may be a bit tricky getting in and out. Breakfast was good.
Given a twin share, not a double, but beds ok. No spare pillows.
We had a perfect stay. Staff was helpfull and kind, excellent fresh breakfast, very good sleep. All details were perfect.
Great nights sleep
My wife had trouble getting connected to my room, hotel had no record of me, I informed staff only twenty minutes before her call.
Very good , very nice for staff then all girls staff beautiful nice
