Cost of parking could be more resonable

Perfect hotel and according to Hilton standard as you expect.

The Gym was below my expectation but doable for a simple workout. If the weather is good, than just go out for a run across the bridge. Great area for a one hour run.

AC out of date, no control im the room. It was really hot, my room facing the sun during daytime. Noisy train wakes you up 5.30, if you are not staying on the riverside. That really bothered me. Sun not shining to terrace after morning. Not free wifi in the rooms.

The quality of insulation (windows) is not adequate to the Hotel level and should be improved

The quality of ham and chesse at breakfast could be better and fresh juice from Fresh oranges

Great view of Donau river, very clean and comfortable.

little bit far from the Metro station with baggage in this cold weather. But if you have a car, no question.

The hotel was kept very clean and pleasant. The breakfasts were good and the staff were friendly.

I think for the price charged for a room, providing free wifi to your guests should be included. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge 45 euros for 3 days of internet (as that would pay for internet in my home for 3 months).

No doubt one of the best hotels we stayed at. The comfort is exceptional. Quietr rooms, excellent shower facilities , towels robes etc...simply excellent. Good gym facilities

No Wifi unless you pay 17 euro a night!! They have one computer in the executive floor and a couple downstairs. This is equivalent to being charged for toiletries! Apart from this ..an excellent hotel

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the centre of Vienna by U bahn and gets you away from the noise of the city at night.It is worth the upgrade to an executive room with a Danube view. It's quiet and you can watch the barges and river cruises sail by.

Executive lounge access was worth having. Beware alcoholic drinks stop at 8pm at the weekend and you don't get a last orders warning. Exec lounge has a great view over the river and the city. Breakfast in the exec lounge very good. Local underground station quite close but, not a great walk back late at night - through a dodgy apartment block.

Might have been my problem communicating but, we ended up buying a 3 day travel card from the tube station on the advice of the hotel when we really wanted the 3 day Vienna Card. So we didnt get any discounts when visiting attractions. Just wish the hotel staff made it clear - some staff said they did sell the Vienna card at the hotel and others said they didn't!

The Location at Danupe ,Swiming Pool , the Room the Food .& the staff ....every thing was great.

Restaurent prices were a little high.

Clean and comfortable rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the menu was various. Everything inside the hotel is perfect.

The location. It is difficult to use the public transportation, the nearest metro station is about 7 minutes walk and you have to cross the railway. The best way to leave the hotel is via taxi which is too expensive.

Very good rooms (junior suite) the hotel structure has many amenities and good breakfast. The staff at the reception was always available and considering the tours, and airline staff staying, the hotel has large areas where you still can be in a relaxing atmosphere. The location which was our worry...turned out to be very good as it is very near the subway station. It was very pleasant after a day of viewing museums, etc., to come back to the Hilton, it felt like we were in the countryside!

We would suggest a better organization regarding breakfasts. The breakfast at the main coffeeshop was apparently a very nice buffet, more meal type, but we never made it because it was so crowded it would have taken us hours to deal with it. As we booked the junior suite,we were able to have a lighter breakfast at the Excecutive floor which suited us just fine. Good and attentive staff and very nice modern room with good light for early morning newspaper reading.

The nicest staff in a hotel ever! Everything was great. Highly recormend it.

The view to Danube river, its proximity to Earnst Happel stadion and the Underground Metro, the Jacuzzi, the breakfast.

The overall facilities are not equal to the price charged, few places to rest, charging for internet access, the bus to the hotel left 30 secs earlier and we had to take a taxi...

Fabulous hotel lovely area right on Danube lovely walk along river. Tram takes you into central Vienna lots to see plenty restaurants and shops. Tourist busses are good value and you get to see Vienna. Would definately recommend the Hilton .
