Good location, can walk pretty much everywhere. Staff very accommodating, decent food with late kitchen if you arrive at inconvenient time. Should consider free wifi. |

We stayed here on our last night in Vienna. Overall the hotel is very clean and pleasant and the staff courteous and efficient. Pillows on our beds were too flat and uncomfortable, but that seems to be typical of whichever hotels we stayed in Austria. Hotel should provide another set of pillows which are less flat so the guests can have a choice. The hotel location, although next to the U-station, is also a little way off the main shopping area, so we have to cross the main streets or use the underground walkway. |

It is very close to the city centre and the hotel staffs are very friendly, especially the concierge team. The concierge team is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. |

Breakfast amazing, rooms very nice,everything clean perfect, concierge very good , reception, staff all professional Internet charges 30 euro a day is a rip off, even in Hilton's waldorf Astoria it was free of charge, really this should be offered free or maximum 10 euro a day for the customers, |

In fact it is excllent location and very good breakfast .Moreover all rooms are in wide enough sapce , and fantastic professional staff. some rooms need maintenance in the bath room. |

I booked this hotel because booking.com gave a nice discount. Despite this is not a cheap hotel, kids <18 years old stay free (so eventually this was the best deal, if you travel to Vienna with kids). I visited Vienna with a family and the hotel personnel, having seen my crowd (4 people), upgraded my reservation for a suite (for no extra charge)! |
