Hotel confortable, con muy buena ubicación al norte del centro a 15 minutos andando de la catedral y las calles peatonales. Al lado del metro.

A veces se colapsaba el comedor en el desayuno. Por decir algo, las personas mayores y niños pueden tener dificultades para entrar en la bañera pues es muy alta.

Nice hotel, Location in the centre of Vienna. 5-10 min walk to any poi in the centre.

Price is too high

The location is good, near the Metro station which is only a step away. The room is also clean and big.

They don't have free wifi even in the lobby, so we have to go to Mc Donald to get free wifi, it's about 300m away. They also have an old tv in the room.

The staff was superb. The Executive Lounge served very good food & drink throughout the day, a nice perk. The location was perfect for my needs, also for sightseeing within the Ringstrasse. My room was comfortable and extremely clean with a delightful view onto the Ring via the bay window that opened to allow fresh air.

A frequenter of 5-star hotels I was surprised at how pleasant my stay was at Hilton Vienna Plaza. Not glamorous or elegant in decor, but with a staff equal to that of a 5-star hotel.

It was an okay hotel. A normal Hilton franchise, classic, clean, comfortable, overpriced. The lack of internet would have been an issue but you can buy 1,5 gb of internet from a1 phone carrier for 20euros if your phone is capable of using hspda+. Staff is helpful, kind. Breakfast is good but not great. Bedding, bath etc... are standart Hilton quality which is good. All in all a good hotel that would take an 8 out of 10.

it was nice place to stay without any disturbance. Only thing, not all accessories were kept in the room. We had to asked for. Lobby staff and Breakfast staff was excellent.

Very goog location, next to bus, tram, undergroun stations, easily can arrive to downtown. The breakfast was various, anything you wanted was there, inclusive sparkling wine ;). Hotel staff very welcoming; rooms are big, everything was ok, kindly recomend the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance from city centre, right around the corner from a subway station, along the famous ring tram line. The hotel itself has probably been furnished and decorated in the 70s-80s if you consider the furniture and the appliances. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so they do keep the good name of Hilton and support the rating of the hotel. Breakfast is very good, you may chose anything from salmon to French and Italian cheese to fruit and low fat yoghurt. What I always find awesome is the prosecoo that is available for breakfast as well.

I didn't like the fact that there was no free wifi and also the price of the indoor parking (32 eur per night!!!)

Everything was within Hilton hotels standard, nothing exceptional.

Make sure you have put "Do not disturb" sign or you will be having the cleaning lady crashing into your room at 8 am :)

The location and the spacious room, front desk staff was very helpful

After our departure from the hotel we found out that the hotel blocked a certain amount of money on our credit card as "guarantee for extra charges". After several days of waiting for the money to be released we inquired with the hotel what are the reasons for such retention (enough time had passed since our departure from the hotel as to enable them to check and ascertain that no other extra charges existed that could justify the retention of the money). We received zero answer. We repeated our inquiries and and also requested the release of the retained amounts. Still zero answer from the hotel and the money remained blocked. Several days later, and only after we have requested the help of booking.com staff, the hotel finally answered and promissed that the money are to be released in the next days. We are still to receive our money. Disappointing experience and poor customer care from a big chain hotel..The pluses of the hotel do not compensate for the time spent and the frustration incurred in the process of recoverying the money.

Everything was perfect, location, our super big and comfortable room, love the view from the balcony (9th floor). Reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back at Hilton Vienna Plaza :)
