Hote lde 5 estrellas ubicado en el Ring, cerca de la ciudad interior, del Ayuntamiento y del barrio de los museos. Un poco más lejos de la Catedral, a donde se puede llegar andando en 15 minutos. Un hotel de lujo, con habitaciones inmensas aunque impersonales. No obstante, recomendable. El precio de la habitación a precio normal (yo lo contraté con la modalidad de "no reembolsable" y pagué el 50% del precio normal, con lo cual el precio está soberbio, pues además incluía el desayuno) sí que es caro. |

Su elegancia. Sus amplias habitaciones y proximidad en la ciudad. En el centro centro. Una maravilla¡¡¡ La pésima educación del algún empleado . Pero su comportamiento no desmerece la categoría del Hotel. |

Good location, can walk pretty much everywhere. Staff very accommodating, decent food with late kitchen if you arrive at inconvenient time. Should consider free wifi. |

We stayed here on our last night in Vienna. Overall the hotel is very clean and pleasant and the staff courteous and efficient. Pillows on our beds were too flat and uncomfortable, but that seems to be typical of whichever hotels we stayed in Austria. Hotel should provide another set of pillows which are less flat so the guests can have a choice. The hotel location, although next to the U-station, is also a little way off the main shopping area, so we have to cross the main streets or use the underground walkway. |

Hotel Excellant and location perfect with exceptional service which I would recommend to anybody especially if you upgrade to Executive ,which was well worth it. |

It is very close to the city centre and the hotel staffs are very friendly, especially the concierge team. The concierge team is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. |

Breakfast amazing, rooms very nice,everything clean perfect, concierge very good , reception, staff all professional Internet charges 30 euro a day is a rip off, even in Hilton's waldorf Astoria it was free of charge, really this should be offered free or maximum 10 euro a day for the customers, |
