二部屋予約していたが、到着時（17時）一部屋しか準備されておらず、もう一部屋は一時間後になって入室できた。 二部屋利用したが、一部屋でバスタブの湯の排出に非常に時間がかかる。別の一部屋の冷蔵庫が機能しない。 |

特別ディスカントの部屋を利用しましたが、２階で少し車の騒音が気になりましたが、それ以外は価格に比較して部屋も広く、朝食付きで大変満足しました。 |

We liked the central convenient location, the comfort of the rooms and the helpfulness of the concierge. The breakfast was very crowded and the staff insufficient to handle service. |

I booked this hotel because booking.com gave a nice discount. Despite this is not a cheap hotel, kids <18 years old stay free (so eventually this was the best deal, if you travel to Vienna with kids). I visited Vienna with a family and the hotel personnel, having seen my crowd (4 people), upgraded my reservation for a suite (for no extra charge)! |

Hotel is located on the Vienna Ring street, rather near to the center.The rooms are like junior suites. The lobby spacious. Buffet breakfast very rich.Ask for an extra pillow, service is prompt and what is unique : a second call asks you after a few minutes if you have been served. |
