The Hilton Vienna is next to the City Park in the center of Vienna, only a short walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. An subway station is right across from the hotel. The City Airport Train (CAT), which leaves only a few steps from the Hilton Vienna, takes you to Vienna Airport in only 16 minutes. The modern and spacious rooms overlook the center of the city. They feature air conditioning and a separate working area. With meeting space for up to 1,800 people, the Hilton Vienna is Austria’s largest conference hotel. An executive lounge and a sauna and fitness area are also available. Decorated with many works of art, the Restaurant S’parks serves European and Asian cuisine. In summer you can dine on the terrace. The bar serves a wide range of drinks. On Sundays there is a brunch with entertainment for children. Hotel Rooms: 579, Hotel Chain: Hilton Hotels.

The hotel is near to a shoping area and is perfect for big conferences. Unfortunately in the winter I don't recomend this hotel... Air heater/coller are not heat the room temperature more then 24 degree on day time.... Try to think the night ... Will be 20-22... And counting the we request an extra electric heater and the air heater was set on max .... Not a plesant situation.., Unfortunately also the other participants of conference have complain abot the same problem... So it's general .... Please note the rooms are a small...

Location, breakfast, staff, lobby bar In our double room there was one bathrobe and one pair of mules!! Also one bottle of sampoo and one bottle of bath gel (each 27 ml!!!). And that happened all 3 days we stayed. There wasn't any shoe pollish, bath cap, sewing kit, things you find even in a 4 stars hotel. We expected more from a Hilton hotel.

Amplasarea Staff was rather rude (reception), not saying hello and not showing willingness to attend or to give additional information. Nevertheless staff in breakfast was very helpfull. They unauthorized blocked an important amount from the Credit Card presented as guaranteed, not informing us about this. Overpriced overall.

Well good location near to town centre where you can actully walk around to see the city. Recommend to include breakfast as its worth it. Price wise its little bid higher comparing with facilities around.

Location, silent, clean, staff. As we reserved deluxe room with two beds and no breakfast, we were provided a standart room with a bed and breakfast. I accepted and did not refused not to cause a problem at the first moment of vacation.

The concierge was not helpful at all, he was not at the desk numerous times I went to see him or phone him. When asked he would not look up a phone number or locations for me. I asked for a recommendation to dinner and he said he "need to see me first". Concierge

Very nice German service personnel, this is what you expect to get at Hilton Hotels. Travel about 150 days a year, but one of the best Hilton's ever. Excellent Breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast room. I was asked if I want to have an upgrade free of charge, but since it was the last room, I said they better reserve the upgrade for someone who really insists it. Even standard room was very good Hilton standard and suitable for one person.

\\the hospitality of the staff, the location is very convenient not only for the metro but to the city airport train, excellent restaurant We had to ask in the reception to clean the room twice and actually you notice they actually just pick things up but do not clean very well, the bed sheets were very old even torn, not very nice for a 5 star hotel. the charges for the rooms are high and not include internet which is very expensive....the TV channels are only in dutch, if you want to see any normal good channel you have to pay; not fair for a 5 star hotel.

Staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The room was excellent and the bed even better. Its location is a bit out of the way. You need to take a taxi to get to the Old Town area although these are plentiful and relatively cheap.
