la cercanía al centro de la ciudad, su buena comunicación con la estación del tren que lleva al aeropuerto. y la variedad y amplitud del horario del desayuno. demasiado grande. demasiado estándar. |

Loue mas me gusto, fue la situaccion con respecto a la ciudad, ya que estaba muy cerca de la estacion del tren que viene del aeropuerto, y todos los medios de transporte para desplazarte por la preciosa ciudad de Viena, y como ultimo voy a reseñar el desayuno, me parecio de muy buena variedad y calidad, y el personal muy amable en todo momento sirviendote continuamente, resumiendo nos gusto mucho... Por reseñar algo la almohada, que era un cuadrante, y no te podias mover del sitio, pero bueno es que por esos paises ya he comprobado que son asi. |

situación bastante céntrica a los lugares para visitar, nos dieron una habitación muy buena: 8º piso y vistas a la ciudad, quizá el tamaño del baño era bastante pequeño para un hotel de esa categoría |

El personal del hotel es muy eficiente y cordial. La decoración del hotel en general y de las habitaciones es muy agradable y la limpieza perfecta. El desayuno es abundante y diverso. Disfrutamos del hotel tanto como de la preciosa ciudad de Viena. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from the city center. The service and the staff are very attentive and efficient. All the requests that were made during the booking process "a quiet , non smoking room with a king size bed " were fulfilled. The air-conditioning is excellent, with very good temperature control and very quiet. The breakfast is very good, with a large choice The internet service is expensive. I had to pay for 24 hours of which I used 2 hours at the most. There were difficulties to connect and I had to contact Swisscom twice (free of charge) and spend about 15 minutes on the phone each time. After requesting compensation I received 2 extra hours of internet use free of charge |

A first class hotel with excellent service, particularly with concierge help with reservations and directions. We were very well looked after and would definitely stay here again. Food was great also, although we only had the buffet breakfast there and a late snack one night. Great variety with some local flavour. |

Really great location, near the Stadspark and not far from St Stephanplatz. Perfect breakfast, rich and very tasty, with fresh orange juice and vienn coffee. Near the Hotel there is a famous restaurant Plachuta with taste traditional Vienn cuisine. |

I have never felt so comfortable before in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was superb! What a variety of choice and delicious. I would definitely stay here again! |

Room was upgraded due to my hotel membership status. The space in front of reception is not enough as hotel capacity. The time I checked in, so crowded due to some conferences. |

Internet service should be free like most other hotels I stay at. Even 3 star hotels I stayed at provided it for free. Or at least it should be cheaper. Never stayed in a hotel that charges any TV channels you watch, even regular TV, not just special hotel channels. |

Mich hat schon bei der Ankunft die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter des Hotels überrascht. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers entsprach meiner Vorstellung. Wenn man als Tourist hier ist, kommt man schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt Wiens. Der Wellnessbereich....Sauna sollte moderner gestaltet sein. |
