Location, location, location and breakfast:)
Big no to charged wi-fi service, no free wi-fi except lobby!
Location, close to airport train and city center
Bathroom dates from the 80's. Shower in bath, very small bathroom. Poorly decorated rooms
Location, accessibility, food, next door shopping
At least one small bottle of water in room complimentary daily, even a three star hotel gives that!
Even asked and booked for a room with view we have been given the worst view ever , after I have requested a better view room I have been told I had the booking from agency so they can't do anything.
Everything else but the wifi
No Wi-Fi in the room. Only free Wi-Fi in lobby. For goodness sake it's a 5 star hotel. 3 star student hostel provides free Wi-Fi. So why can't they ? Instead decide only for the hhonors members.
location and good breakfast
needs to be renewing
Clean, bright, rooms are nice.
It was the second time in 4 months that the hot water didn't work due to bad water pressure. The first time it didn't work for 2 hrs. And after calling reception 2 times. This time it was fixed within 10 min.
location & view
toilet paper was very poor quality free wifi only in reception area very very expensive to have wifi in the hotel room
deluxe king size upper floor (with business lounge free pass) is recommended. breakfast with piano accompanied by was very nice, also well trained personnel
The bed is good to sleep.
Many thieves in this hotel and hotel security is very poor. Our bag was stolen in restaurant and we also heard people lost things in public space. Restaurant food was also poor and expensive. This is not the Hilton you expected. Don't stay there unless you have no choice.
The Location The kindness of your staff Rooms and cleanliness Your restaurant and Bar
Unfortunately its very inconvinient to have only free wifi in public areas when you are on a business trip. The character of the trip doesnt give you the opportunity to have free time to spend it in the lobby beceause of the large number of meetings which you have to attend outside of the hotel. Therefore I suggest that you find a modus for a few hours of free wifi within the rooms, where you can prepare for the next meeting an enjoy the comfort of yur rooms (like for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening.
Great location for visiting vienna, we were only there a few days so it was nice to be close to the tourist bus and the old town
Wifi is only available for free in the lobby. Which is really poor.
Good location around 15 minute walk to Stephansdom. Excellent choice at breakfast (in the main breakfast room). Friendly staff.
Very overpriced for what it is. Room small. Housekeeping did not come until gone 16:00 and even then only did the bare minimum. Breakfast room too small for capacity of hotel, second breakfast room available but with less choice and also poorer quality i.e the cheese was so dry it was curling at the edges. Mini-bar was also very small with pressure sensors so even a bottle of water of your own won't fit in to be chilled without putting a charge on your bill as it's a (not-so) smart fridge that charges as soon as something gets taken out even if it later goes back in.
Loved the views of the city, the proximity to all the cafes and restaurants.
After phoning reception we were told breakfast was at 10:30am, no problem, we were up, dressed and turned up at the restaurant around 10:25, along with a throng of other people. First a leisurely coffee, then? Whoops, where is everything going? A small amada of staff descend at 10:30 prompt and start disappearing with the breakfast trays. Stop, I cry, as the toaster is unplugged. To no avail, my breakfast disappears, I have to go outside to find somewhere. Complianing at the desk didn't help, bit like Ryanair " this is company policy" she repeats. This is "The Hilton" I protest, she repeats "company policy", I give up. I will NOT return.
Everything, especially the services of the concierge.
Location and helpful staff
Food and wifi were expensive
To pay 5 Euro for a small bottle of water in the room
Atmosphere and Lobby area. Location to airport and train service direct to airport,
Size of room a little cramped. Breakfast if you did not want buffet limited.
Breakfast was amazing start to the day. Lobby bar very nice.
Bedroom too hot.
Proximity to the center Proximity to the main train station
Staff isn't helpful Concierge service is awful (he just sends you to services he deals with) Lobby service is despicable Cleaning of rooms is scheduled for 6pm which isn't convenient. And when we requested cleaning they didn't change the dirty bedsheets and we had to request it again. Spa service is anything but.
Location , and all facilities for a great hotel in Vienna
Wifi on the lobby...???
great location excellent breakfast great views (comes with a price)
shower instead of bath tub should be an option
Amazing location in the centre of Vienna, just a few steps away from the City Airport Train. Most of the tourist attractions, concert halls or famous restaurants are within walking distance. We booked a triple room (large enough) for Christmas time, with access to the executive lounge. The public areas inside the hotel were nicely decorated for winter holidays. Excellent breakfast and dinner, nice staff.
The carpets in the lobbies looked old and too small bath room for Hilton reputation.
