We hebben daar prima overnacht in een mooie ruime hoekkamer. Helaas zijn in dit soort hotels de kosten voor internet altijd erg hoog, terwijl er ook veel goedkopere hotels zijn, waar dit gratis is. |

super. centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel Als er iets te zoeken moet zijn: het was jammer (omdat we heel mooi weer hadden) dat er geen relax terras / tuinruimte aanwezig is. wel een terras aan de straatkant. |

uitgebreid ontbijt ; ruime kamer; verzorging; centrale ligging van het hotel en vlakbij eindhalte trein- vliegveld en metrostation Bij aankomst wilde men het ontbijt in rekening brengen terwijl het inclusief was. Het heeft heel wat inspanning gekost om dat recht te zetten. Via: nee, dat klopt niet, twee keer gratis ontbijt en een keer betalen tot uiteindelijk inclusief. Dit is niet Hilton-like. |

Very efficient staff, nice spacious rooms, clean, super breakfast Yes....internet service should be free of charge. It is free in most hotels nowadays! This hotel deserves a swimming pool. But what bothered me most is that I did not sleep for two days because of the noisy people upstairs which were shouting, laughing, dropping things and jumping in the afternoon and at 4 in the morning. I had to call reception early in the morn so that they stop them. I think I should have been compensated |

we waited 40 min for check-in because tere was nobody at the front desk at 1.00am. Not a 5* hotel. small room, small bathroom. The hotel staff was not very helpfull. We had a booking for a room with a kingsize bed and we got a twin room. After a few hours we had to change the room to get a kingsize bed. 4 days since checkout and the guarantee on the credit card is still not canceled. Worst hotel experience in Viena. |

The only thing i didn't like, without be so bad, is that there is not nice spa and fitness. There are not swimming pools and jacuzzi. |

Every things was Excellent the perfect location .. perfect room with Stad park view .. very very delicious Breakfast .. and the hotel make a small surprise for us in the room because we are in honeymoon. |

They upgraded us to a deluxe room with a wonderful city view. Really lovely. Made our stay even more special. Location was really good for walking to the city centre. Also underground, tram and main rail within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast was superb. Sety us up for the whole day. |

La habitación estaba razonable, pero el baño muy pequeño para un hotel de esa categoría. Está bien ubicado, en 5 minutos caminado estás en el centro de la ciudad y hay una estación del metro al salir del hotel. El desayuno es excelente y el personal es atento. |

The room is very spacious and pretty comfortable. All of us have been enjoying it a lot. On the last day the hotel staff at restaurant were like igonoring us and almost without any service. |

Location to the city center and the park is wonderful. Was able to walk every where. Disappointed that wireless internet is not provided free of charge to hotel guests. Almost everywhere now it is made available at no cost. |

I loved this hotel!!! Great location!!!! Convenient to metro ( 2 stations from the center station) and airport train cat (travel time 16 minutes) The service was great. The staff is very pleasent and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. |

The hotel was within walking distance of many of thye sights in Vienna. It was comfortable and had air conditioning. |
