Very convenient location in walking distance to the main places of attraction, metro station and airport terminal, very good services and friendly stuff. The more pleasant on a special offer price :)

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from the city center. The service and the staff are very attentive and efficient. All the requests that were made during the booking process "a quiet , non smoking room with a king size bed " were fulfilled. The air-conditioning is excellent, with very good temperature control and very quiet. The breakfast is very good, with a large choice

The internet service is expensive. I had to pay for 24 hours of which I used 2 hours at the most. There were difficulties to connect and I had to contact Swisscom twice (free of charge) and spend about 15 minutes on the phone each time. After requesting compensation I received 2 extra hours of internet use free of charge

Really great location, near the Stadspark and not far from St Stephanplatz. Perfect breakfast, rich and very tasty, with fresh orange juice and vienn coffee. Near the Hotel there is a famous restaurant Plachuta with taste traditional Vienn cuisine.

Room was upgraded due to my hotel membership status.

The space in front of reception is not enough as hotel capacity. The time I checked in, so crowded due to some conferences.

Internet service should be free like most other hotels I stay at. Even 3 star hotels I stayed at provided it for free. Or at least it should be cheaper. Never stayed in a hotel that charges any TV channels you watch, even regular TV, not just special hotel channels.

room is ok ,lobby bar and the restaurant are also ok

housekeping is not so good and the minibar was not complited during all the days

Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut

Bei Anreise habe ich nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, sondern ein sehr kleines Zimmer und ohne Sessel.Bei Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde mir denn ein neues Zimmer gegeben,das der von mir gebuchten Kategorie entsprach.Allerdings hat es das Hotel nicht geschafft das wir an allen drei Tagen auf der Liste des Frühstücks standen,weil wir incl. gebucht haätten und es wurde uns jedesmal vom Empfang gesagt wir müssen das Frühstück extra bezahlen.Desweiteren hatte ich den Eindruck, das beim Frühstück zu wenig Servicekräfte zur Verfügung standen und deshalb das Personal sehr gestreßt war. Ich mußte mir Salz,Pfeffer und Zucker direkt am Tresen selbst holen.
