comfortable room , good location The hotel was under constractions with no name on front of it. So it was difficult to find it. Also the direct road was blocked.

Hotel - Neubau ist schön designt, Frühstücksbuffett ok- das selbstgebackene Brot war super, ansonsten nichts Besonderes ! Wellnessbereich schön designt, aber ohne zusätzliche Badetücher, ohne Trinkwasser, ohne Toilette - kein ****Status!!!

Ich war in einem neuen, modernen Zimmer untergebracht, welches mir sehr gut gefallen hat.Da ich beruflich unterwegs war, hat die Lage im ort für mich gut gepasst. Als Urlaubshotel ( Schifahren)wäre es aufgrund der Lage nicht meine erste Wahl.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, fast Wohnugnscharakter. Wir haben, (weil es November war) im Hotel Abends nichts mehr zu Essen bekommen.

De kamer in de nieuwbouw was erg mooi en ruim. De geheel glazen pui biedt een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Balkon was ook ruim. De sauna en ligweide waren voor ons het hoogtepunt van ons verblijf. Ondanks de ligging midden in Matrei, weinig geluidsoverlast. In eerste instantie hadden we een hotelappartement geboekt, maar die was te donker en te groot voor ons tweeën. Zonder problemen konden we een andere kamer uitzoeken en hebben we ook halfpension bijgeboekt. De bezetting van de receptie was waardeloos. We moesten altijd zelf iemand uit de keuken of het restaurant halen. Ook het afrekenen wordt gedaan door degene die in haar eentje het ontbijtgebeuren regelt. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk. Comfortabele stoelen op het balkon zouden een welkome aanvulling zijn.

Breakfast ottimo - camera e bagno ottimi (abbiamo scelto la sistemazione nella parte nuova dell'hotel: il cinema rimodernato) Manca connessione internet anche nelle aree comuni - non c'è ascensore: la nostra camera si trovava al secondo piano, ma I piani sono quattro

Chambre très confortable, très spacieuse et lumineuse. Aucune nuisance sonore. Hôtel très bien situé, au centre de la commune. Le personnel ne parle pas toujours anglais ! Et les informations (menu etc.) ne sont pas traduites.
