It was the cheapest hotel I found in Vienna. And the train station was close and it was a fairly short ride into the city center. 10 mom to walk to the train and another 10-15 to ride into the city. It was reasonably clean, but not hotel clean. The staff were very nice. The parking is free and there was plenty of room. It was the cheapest hotel and you get what you pay for. The building was small and in a residential neighborhood. The building was very old, and dingy inside and Out. The elevator was so old and rickety my sister was afraid of riding in it and refused, so we took stairs. The room was small and sparse. I felt like I was staying at a monastery. There was no coffee maker or ice bucket or refrigerator, no amenities at all, just the room, very sparse. The soda machine sells a half liter for 2 euros, and the breakfast is grossly overpriced. The place would have been fine for half the price, but for the money was one of he worst places I've stayed in all my travels. The pictures posted are misleading as well as the reviews.

Low price, wlan works fine, nearby metro station - 20 minutes to downtown, nearby shopping mall with great and cheap restaurant Expensive breakfast (10,00 eur per person) - we went to shopping mall (3-5 minutes walk) and had our breakfast there for 4,00 eur per Person

the place was really nice, the staff was kind, the rooms were also okay. ours also had a little piece of a balcony, but the rooms with the street view were also silent. the furniture and the bathroom were clean, with not the most recent furniture. the breakfast was very satisfying, with a modest selection. i would recommend it to people, who want to spend some days in Vienna to visit the city, and want a budget, but still good accomodation there.

Hotel is situated in quiet part of Vienna, very close to highway and by walk about 10 minutes to Metro station. Non-smoking room in non-smoking hotel was smoky!!! Curtain was totally grey because of the smoke! So, not only one guest before us!

Located in a quite suburb, close to exit off a2 (highway from Graz), a short walk to/from u6 stop Alterlaa and a shopping centre, free parking at a backyard and free wifi access

Good location - it is not the center but it is quiet and green area. Staff is really nice, rooms are clean and you have all that you need for pleasant staying. It is also definitely great value for money.

For me was not so Good was by Booking, first appear the Price with Breakfast on the Web Page and after the Breakfast was not more included and for me was also not Possible to Cancel the reservation, No time enough for Cancel. I don´t know that happen, is the first time in many years that I use Booking. com that happen something like that. Anyway Thanks.

A big comercial area is nearby -7 min waking.Includes a big interspar, dm ,a book store, pastru store and a textile store. Nearby is a small Billa , too.The neibourhood is a safe and quiet one.You can reach the hotel easy by car , it is close to scs by car, but it's far from the center of the town and has no places to go (pub's, restaurnat , not even a fast food). We stayed there for New Years Eve -room 308, third floor. The room was very small ,there is no fridge in the room and was not comfortable as they are presented on the internet-the hotel has three categories of rooms , I didn't know 't that when I made the reservation !!! The tv was also very small .The windows can't be opened as wide as anyone desire. It has no ac . Really old furniture inside the room and at the reception too-it smells ol. Reception is open to 10pm. There are only 6 places in the private parking. There are public free (?) places in the street- there were a lot of signs -forbbiden stationary-.
