Quiet place, free parking No Wifi in my room, but should be as they wrote in the lift. Subway and shop is 5-7 minutes by foot. |

It is in Vienna, close to U station and the breakfast was good. Dust, old furniture and windows with poor sealing, dirty remote control, small bathroom. 3 stars rating expired in december 2008 according to lobby inscription (expired long, long, long time ago :)) |

Pressure and water temperature in the shower was ok, the breakfast was satisfactory but without vegetables, the metro station was 10 minutes from hotel The shower was directly in our room near the bed, and the room was not clean. We booked with parking - but we had to parked on the street. |

Breakfast was good. 10 minutes from subway or bus stop. Quiet location. wi-fi coverage is bad. i had to wait till midnight (i guess when fewer users were on the access point) to get stable signal. Room was a bit dark. it would be better to have more stuff in bathroom. |

Rooms were clean and worm, the personal was friendly, the food from breakfast was very good.. Windows doesn't close very well, so the noise level from outside is audible on the inside, but actually not so bad because it is in a quite neighborhood. |

room was clean, Ubahn is close (ten minutes walking), the breakfast was correct, free parking is very good , it is in quiet area, the room was a little bit small |

WiFi was not working in the room, so I went to the lobby. I was probably disturbing the receptionist, because he opened the doors to the street while it was very cold and kept them open until I retreated back to the room. At 7 a.m. they started chiseling very loudly the wall right next to our room and didn't stop until I went down to stop it. |

The front desk clerk on October 10th was very friendly and helped us find good restaurants and things to do in downtown. We brought pets & had some trouble with that. I made a note on the reservation but apparently that is not what is meant by "pets allowed on request." I guess you are supposed to call and ask first? The clerk tried to charge us for the pets but the website said pets stay free. After showing him on the reservation where it says no charge for pets and that I told them in advance he let it go |
