Hotel was as expected from the information except that it was not clear that the road outside woukld be so noisy Room overlooked the roads (hotel on a corner) and there was a lot of noise for much of the night. |

Staff were excellent and multi-lingual. The complimentary breakfast consisted of a wide-variety of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, etc. The rooms were clean. The hotel is very close (10 mins walk max) to both the station and the old town. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. There is no restaurant, but there must be at least 5 restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk of the hotel. |

The location it is close to the citycenter and the lobby and breakfast area are nice. Most of the staff is friendly and all will try to help you. For the rest only one word can only be used to descibe the hotel: awful. First we stayed in a room where the carpet was dirty and had holes, The extractor fan for the teeny weeny bathroom was dirty and full of grit, showerdoors were cracked, rusty and leaking. If people next door took a shower it sounded as if an alarm went off, the cabinet had only one door but that was normal according to the staff. Rooms are extremely hot and have no ac available. The minibar was removed and only a hole was left. After a complaint we got another room it was more modern but equally gritty it had t same awfullly small overused dated bathroom, just all bad. |

it was close to the city centre and easy to get to places the room floor sloped the wrong way so when in bed the right way round your head was down... but otherwise a typical city centre hotel |

The hotel is located in a central street with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was good for the hotel class, with good Mozart music playing. Internet was free. The room and bathroom were very small. |
